We are a family owned and operated business that has been in service since 1986. Our company mainly repairs failed septic systems and septic & sewer pumps. We specialize in the Terra-Lift procedure. We also perform septic inspections and maintenance contracts, and are licensed by the state to install any type (1-4) septic system. "We had TW Ammons out earlier this year to take care of a leach field leak issue. We paid them almost $3,000 for their service. We also had more of the same issues following their remedy. We called back numerous times to get them back out and they always stated they were busy and would get back out when they could. Fast forward to end of year when we call them again, which they do not recall us ever calling. (poor communication between son and dad). Now they are insistent that is is our fault. Very poor customer service! They DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR WORK!"
