They did not do a good job. I called them back and they send someone promptly to look at the carpet. The guy offered and redid the stairs. However he did not offer to to do the other wrong. So then I called back and spoke to them again and asked if he could come back out, and I was willing to wait until they're in the area. The owner said he will get back to me but he did not. So I called again and they said that if someone will get back that there will be a charge because I did not have the right package.

It is disappointing to see such an inaccurate review, as we have bent over backwards to provide the best possible service in this situation. [Member Name Removed]has told us she was happy with the service, only to complain after the technician left her residence. It was explained to her BEFORE the appointment that, because she chose the less expensive "basic" package, she would be charged a small fee if she wanted us to return to do any touch-ups (if needed). She agreed to this, but requested we come back to do a touch-up, although the carpets came very clean. Once we got there, she did not want to pay any additional fees. As a courtesy, we cleaned a small area again to show her that the carpets cannot come any cleaner, rather what she was seeing was degradation of the 20 year-old carpets (wear and tear). She seemed satisfied and tipped the tech $20, which was appreciated, only to call him 1 hour later, asking him to return it because she meant to give him $10. Nearly 3 weeks after her original appointment, we received notice that her check was cancelled. Upon asking her about this, she said she forgot to tell us and she didn't want to pay until someone came out to touch-up more spots that were not previously mentioned at her last appointment. At this point, we explained we needed to get payment for services ALREADY rendered before we discuss future services. She indicated she did not want to pay any additional fees, so we had to firmly insist she pay her bill before we book any new services, for which there WOULD be a fee. She paid, reluctantly, and indicated that if there would be new fees, she would have to get someone else to clean the carpets. We attempted to provide the best possible service, with explanations and touch-up services at no charge, however, [Member Name Removed]has been difficult, unrealistic and deceptive throughout the entire process.

My roof had ugly black stains (dirt & grime from weather) which was very noticeable. While on vacation I contacted Steampro for an estimate to clean my roof. They promptly returned my call and had visited my property in order to provide an estimate. Upon arriving home, I was very pleased to see my roof which looked new. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again and other services they offer.

Gutter cleaning was done competently. House cleaning was sub-par to say the least, which even the provider acknowledged. Frustration lies in a few places, the chief being how they responded to our dissatisfaction. After the late afternoon cleaning (much of it done in the dark), we immediately told them that our house was still quite dirty, which they offered to come back and clean again later (not the following day). Keep in mind that we had moved everything off of porches, walkways, driveways, and any other surfaces that required a good cleaning. Also, they arrived quite late in the day and wanted to reschedule (after having already rescheduled), but after I expressed disappointment given what we had done to prepare for their arrival that afternoon, they (not my wife and I) insisted that they could tackle part of the job well and come back to finish the rest a week or so later. That was also disappointing. Then it was asked of us to reschedule a time for them to come back out and clean. Admittedly, we didn't do it promptly (my wife and I were already feeling a bit skittish and skeptical of their quality and dependability). Then I received an invoice for the entire job and was asked to pay it. My response was that it seemed fair to pay a portion since all parties agreed the job was incomplete. SteamPro's response was that I "don't get to name my price" and proceeded to hit me upside the head with their policies, saying "The bottom line is that your house is still dirty because you didn?t call us back to schedule a recleaning." It seems they lost sight of the fact that when a customer is displeased with your quality and has lost confidence, the path towards rebuilding that confidence doesn't happen by pointing the finger back at the dissatisfied customer and demanding to be paid in full. Oh well.

To address some statements made in this review: It was never "admitted that our work was sub-par," nor that it was incomplete. We notified the customer upon arriving that we needed to reschedule the work, as it would be too dark to complete the entire scope of work that day. However, we never "insisted" on cleaning anything then and there. After hearing the customer's frustration, we did offer to clean one out of the four areas scheduled and to return another day to do the other three areas. He then asked us to clean two areas, the gutters & house. Once we got started, we were able to cover the second area requested, knowing that we would need to go over it again when we returned to clean the driveway & walkways (for which he was never billed). Regarding the statement "after already being rescheduled," the customer's appointment was never rescheduled from the original date of Tuesday, November 17, 2015. We offered to come back on Friday, November 20, 2015, to finish the work, which was only three days later, not a week later, as was stated. The customer's disappointment with having to reschedule was equal to our frustration. We never want to tell a client we cannot do things as planned. But in our industry, there are several factors that can affect how our day goes. Those are out of our control and rarely affect our work. But when they do, we prefer to do the right thing and notify the customer, not trudge on and do a poor job. We have been fortunate that most of our clients are very understanding and flexible. We were given a D rating for punctuality; however, we do not give appointment times for power washing. We did state, however, that it would be "late afternoon." We arrived before 4:00 pm. As far as how this customer's dissatisfaction was addressed…After making repeated attempts to contact this client to reschedule the unfinished portion of the work, there was no response. Nearly 30 days after the date of service with no response and no payment, we did send an invoice. He was not charged for anything we did not clean, however. He stated that he “received an invoice for the entire job and was asked to pay it.” We cleaned his large house & unusually deep gutters on a third story and charged accordingly. Although our "redo" policy states that the customer has 48 hours to make us aware of problems, after which time resoiling occurs & has nothing to do with the quality of work, we still reiterated that we were happy to return to do the work he was unhappy with at no extra charge. In addition, we offered to clean his driveway and walkways at NO CHARGE. His response was that he would pay $200 of the $470 invoice (42% of the invoice total). We prefer to correct the work whenever possible and give refunds when other resolutions cannot be made. However, after a satisfactory resolution could not be made, we offered a 25% discount ($120), which was never mentioned in his review. We made every effort to complete the job to his satisfaction, but his failure to respond left us with little options.

First I need to commend Tony's wife Julie for being persistent (without being a pest) in getting me to set up my appointment. I had several HI projects I wanted done and wanted the carpets cleaned last. She periodically emailed me to inquire about my progress on my other projects and to ask whether I was ready to have the carpets cleaned. She was always polite and pleasant to communicate with. Tony arrived at the agreed upon time, was friendly and professional, and got right to work. My carpets honestly now look brand new. The results exceeded my expectations. He was able to completely remove stains that I didn't think would come out because I had tried to remove them with a steam carpet cleaner I purchased for home use. It didn't remove any of the stains but Tony did. The cost was not only reasonable, it ended up being less than the amount that was originally quoted to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to someone else. I am so impressed I am considering having my hardwoods cleaned by them as well.

Tony Smith does a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. His price is reasonable and he is always in time professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.
Tony (the owner) did a great job. 4 years of pollen build up on my house, in my screened in patio and furniture were a mess. Outdoor concrete patio was green since it doesn't get direct sunlight. They all look brand new! Carpet and Furniture cleaned by Sasha and he did a great job. A little expensive but that's because of the pet enzymes. Having them clean my AC ducts next Month. Will review that also, but I anticipate a great experience based on the past ones.
