Description of Work: The technician checked out the failed heating unit, did some research, and found that there was a service bulletin issued for the problem. He was able to get the heat back on quickly, and will order a part to replace the defective one. The technician was very helpful, and trustworthy. In addition, each of the several times I called the company in advance of the actual service, I was treated with great courtesy and friendliness. I was never pressured to buy anything, and I was made to feel that my questions were valid.

Description of Work: Two heat pumps, neither cooling. Richard the tech diagnosed, tested and repaired such that problem solved. They were very communicative, slipped covers over his shoes when walking on carpet in home, and just great people to work with. They've got it going.

Description of Work: Great technician who got our HVAC system up and running. He was very kind and explained everything; had my husband outside with him while he explained the problem and how to fix it. Our system is about 20 years old, so we've asked for a bid for a new system.

Description of Work: Diagnosed why my AC was not blowing cold air. Replaced a blown capacitor in the outside condenser unit. Walked me through everything they did, and had my AC blowing cold air again within about 45 min. Excellent service!

Description of Work: Cleaned coil, checked all components, hosed off screen radiator--AC Tune-up. Assured us that our 13 year old unit is still in good working condition. |We have them service our unit in the spring (prior to use of air conditioner;) and in the fall (prior to use of furnace.)

Description of Work: We had two heat pump systems (one upstairs and one downstairs) replaced by Mitchell. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were very responsive to all of our questions during the entire process. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Description of Work: Mitchell replaced our upstairs heat pump in 2011. I also had them replace the downstairs unit April 2012. I got quotes from several contractors for these replacements. Mitchell's cost was right in line with the others. But in quoting the work, Mitchell did a detailed analysis of our house and identified a number of deficiencies with the ductwork. His quote included correcting these deficiencies (new supply & returns, etc), where none of the other quotes did. We are extremely happy with the work they did. For example our bonus room was alway too warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Now the room maintains a perfect temperature, along with the rest of the house. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you need done.
