The PM Ryan was quick to give me a quote that was thorough, fair, and transparent. Triple A promptly handled the permit and the HOA paperwork and I was able to review all documents via an online portal. The project crew did an AMAZING job installing the cap and trim fence. The craftsmanship is solid and I was kept informed during the process from start to finish. I really appreciated Ryan and Steven’s visit to check on how the project was coming along, and the team completed it in 2.5 days. A HUGE THANK you to Triple A for such great customer service. My family and my dog will enjoy this fence for years to come!!"

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

After initial contact, Jonathan met setup a time and date to access the scope of my project and to provide a detailed and itemized estimate before work began. Once we agreed, they handled every detail from there until the project was complete. I even added some additional changes from our initial meeting and estimate and they were able to handle with ease. Even with some slight delays in materials, they responded with much appreciated sense of urgency and willingness to drive 2 hours just for a missing part in order to complete the project as quickly as possible. "In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"Everything went super smoothly with this project. I was able to explain what I needed and have the foreman completely understand what I wanted in terms of design. Work was executed very quickly -- took about a week due to some weather. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm every day of the job. I would absolutely hire them again!"
