Gordon was very very knowledgable about the product and took plenty of time to answer questions and explain EVERYTHING. He helped us with no money down financing and delivered the mower to the house. He demo the whole product and was excellent in getting into the machanical parts with my husband. We have looked at about 6 different brands and this product was the best price for all the bells and whistles we found. Gordon's company also does repairs and runs a landscaping business in which that use this product 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Business is a little hard to find and does not have a slick showroom but if you call them they will direct you to the facility.

I would not recommend Thompson Nursery. They messed up my pool, big time. As a matter a fact, I'm not even paying them. They still haven't come back out to finish the job. They put the liner in wrong. They lost half the screws to my pool. They didn't put all the capping around the top, they put the holder that holds the liner in wrong, and then they cut part of it off! They were charging me $600 for just the labor, and I furnished the liner. There aren't too many places that install pool liners in the area. I imagine Thompson's pricing is in line with every one else. They have made 3 trips out. I have called, and emailed them. When the pool started collapsing, he told me I had the wrong size liner. We finished installing the liner ourselves. We just followed the company's instructions, and it went in fine. Thompson's punctuality was good, and they were nice, but they did a terrible job. They just didn't know what they were doing.
