Description of Work: They have performed work on three different occasions at a rental property I own. Repairs (heat pump/AC) have been completed with no issues and price has been reasonable.

 + -1 moreFollow up was terrible. They said they would call me back(owner) after the second install but never received the first phone call.
Description of Work: install a new hvac unit. Was not satisfied with quality of unit supplied. Company came back out and swapped for another unit. Never has checked back with us. 2nd unit not cooling house.

 + -1 moreHe arrived early and spent less than an hour here. He was friendly and knowledgeable, confident and polite. We'd just sanded and re-finished our floor the previous weekend and didn't even think about changing the filter in the hallway. It was so clogged up that it couldn't allow air flow. We took it as a lesson learned. The ONLY complaint I have is that they took 2 weeks to process our payment and that caused us problems.
Description of Work: Diagnosed a/c not cooling and made appropriate recommendation.

Description of Work: I own Thompson Pharmacy in Rocky Mount,N.C. Around July 18 our air conditioner went out. Understand that it was in the high nineties and humid, medication does not do well in heat and humidity. I called Steve Shearin (actually this is a family owned business where his wife Deborah and son Daniel work along with other great service technicians .They came out within 2 hours patched up my old unit (about 20 years old) only find out it needed to be replaced because of a hole in the unit. That day I had a price with several options, called Steve and he recommended the best one for us and the next day was installed to perfection. I can"t say enough good about this business. I have known this family for years, they are honest, fair and fast. They know what they are doing and do it to the ultimate perfection. They have even serviced my home on a Saturday.

 + -1 moreOur A/C died Sunday evening and the internal house temperature rose to 95 F by 2am. We were miserable.I called some friend and family looking for a referral and my brother recommended Shearin. The tech did show up at 5PM Monday after a day of 96F heat so the house was on fire. I had hoped it would be earlier.He swapped out the capacitor and was gone in 30 minutes which was nice. ... or so we thought. That night the A/C still only was blowing warm air. I called back Tuesday and was told they would come back and call me before they got there so I could meet the tech.I was called - but was in a meeting and showed up 35 minutes later. The tech was gone but the A/C was working again. I'm presuming when connecting the new capacitor maybe he forgot to flip a breaker or something on the outside unit.Either way it is now fixed and we're back to appreciating the marvel of A/C.
Description of Work: Our A/C died on Sunday night. After doing some routine check-up procedures I guessed it was the capacitor on the outside unit. We suffered through a bad night and tried to find someone to fix it Monday. The capacitor was blown and the repair was made - although not perfectly the first time.
