We offer roof repairs as well as gutter and siding installation and repairs. We can repair a leaking roof quickly and cost effectively. I called Mr. Sexton on 9/6/12 for a estimate of cost for replacing the rotting wood above my porch and the replacement of shingles. He came right out with about 2 hours and gave me a estimate that was about $500 cheaper than previous contractors that I had called to get a estimate. I hired him on the spot. He came out on 9/7/12 with his workers and completed the job. Everything looks good and new. I am very pleased with the work and price I paid for the work. Mr. Sexton and his workers also cleaned all of the old shingles and rotten wood up as they stated they would and left my yard as clean as it was when they arrived. Will definitely hire this company again for any future repairs. They seem to really care about the people they do business with and make sure they don't take advantage of you. A++++

I noticed that the shingles on my roof where starting to turn black and in a few places THERE WAS EVEN MOSS GROWING!!!! I called Roofing Repair Specialist out to see about having the roof replaced. The young man that came out to look at the roof proceeded to tell me that there was no need in replacing the full roof. ( I think his name was J.R. ) That the shingles could be power washed and they would look brand new. I had them wash the roof for $50! Once they where finished i noticed that the house didn't look so nice after the roof was cleaned. So i had them clean the house as well. for $75. When you look at how much i was going to spend on replacing the whole roof i was more then happy to give the young man a $50 tip Great company to work with. I WILL BE CALLING THEM YEARLY. To keep my house looking like it does right now!

My only concern was my price included replacing the material around the skylights or caulking, I was also told the material usually would need replacing as my roof is 20 yrs old. I feel caulking should be much cheaper, so my price should have been cheaper. That said I really have no complaints. v
Description of Work: They were here on time, gave an estimate, explained the work needed, came back at the time stated, completed the work and left no mess, altho they had to borrow a long ladder from me to each the roof! The caulking around the skylights held tru IRENE, but leaked thru the next storm. Whn I called the company, they were here within an hour and recaulked the leaking window and stated IRENE may have lifted shinges & caused the leak.

I could not recommend them for any roofing services just based on their pricing. Was very much out of line with all of the other contractors I got estimates from.
Description of Work: Had the company come out and to an estimate on repairing and also replacing the entire roof. The repair estimate was about 3 times the cost of the nearest estimate. The replacement cost was at least twice the price of the other estimates. Did not use this contractor, was not even in consideration.

I do apologize For the over pricing of the job Mister Chambers I would ask that you please give us another chance to gain your trust, As the company has gone through some changes in management. I will say that we do not specialize in doing full new roofs and as we tell all of our customers we are not very competitive in our pricing for new roofs. But We do specialize in doing repairs and we pride our-self on how low we charge for our repairs. Found the company on this site. I called and spoke with mister Vanscoy. He Said he could have someone there to look at it within an hour and 20 mins later they where there. Gave me an amazing quote and a time frame i couldn't pass up. The crew was at my house at 9 am the next day and had the work finished by the time i returned home. Was very excited to see that they had cleaned up all of the old material. Will deff be calling you guys to do the other side next month. Ty for working with me on the pricing as well. Keep it up!

Emailed for a estimate, got a response the next day. Called to set up appointment. The origional appointment for an estimate was rescheduled by the contractor. Meet contractor for estimate. Signed agreement. Contractor delayed repairs date due to weather. Performed repairs the next day.
Description of Work: Repaired gable, cleaned gutter, and replaced roof shingles.

I am extremly grateful for finding this contractor, I will never have to look for another roofer again....
Description of Work: I called Travis Vanscoy Roofing Repair Specialist @ 252-255-8923 and asked to have an estimate to fix the leak in my bathroom. They gave me a time frame of 1pm to 2pm and were at my home just a little after 1. I was shocked at the prompt response time and the accurate time frame they gave me. When Travis was here he explained to me in full detail what was needed to be done in order to repair my roof. He gave me a fair price and informed me the job could be done today before the rain came into the area. I elected to have the work done that day. Within an hour he was done. He left my property neat and clean and took all the trash with him. He even offered me the remaining (left over) material. I waited for it to rain before I wrote this review and I am happy to say that my bathroom ceiling is no longer leaking!!!! True proffessional, great pricing and MY NEW ROOFER!!!!
