Description of Work: This is an update to my previous review. I did receive a response from our rep. He explained that my emails went into his spam folder for some reason. He apologized and offered to come out and pick up where we left off. As I stated before, I thought it was strange that he would not reply and hoped nothing had happened. Well I received my answer and to be honest, this has happened to me as well. So we are back on track and I am looking forward to coming back on here when all is said and done and giving a great review of the service. With the exception of this minor setback, everything so far has been very professional and I have faith that this company will deliver.

Description of Work: The estimator did come to our home and was very nice and professional. We walked through and explained what our plans were. We are planning on renovating in the spring and wanted to get started now so that we are ready to go by then. We were told by the estimator that he would need to come back and take measurements and he would start to put together a 3D version of the home which we could modify to our liking and then estimate the costs. We never heard back from the estimator. I emailed them two more times with no response.So I can only assume that they are not interested in taking this on or finding out how much we are prepared to invest. I can understand if a company turns it down because maybe the job is to small and not worth it, but to not even respond to find out or discuss is just not professional to me. I think they may have been more than willing to take the job if they would have taken the time to discuss it with us. It's unfortunate because I thought the estimator that came out was sharp and down to earth. If they responded and said that they cannot take on our job, for whatever reason, I would have been understanding and not have anything to say either way. Why they did not respond is beyond me, I hope nothing bad happened to our estimator, but we lost time now and have to find another company. If there is a good reason for this, I will come back on and update my survey.

+ -1 moreThey are extremely attentive and responsible. The design is outstanding, the work is meticulous. They are prompt with answers to questions, and flexible. The cost went somewhat over what was quoted, however, they have designed another addition to our home, and they are working with us to tighten up the cost estimates. All of those we had contact with at Oakley Collier were exceptionally well informed and appeared to be expert in their fields. Extremely well satisfied.
