They charged us for an hour and a half that they weren't at our home, and for $49 worth of connection hoses that we provided.

I had them here several times and they are reliable, prompt and their work is good. They are expensive but think most of them or anybody that you get to come out to do that kind of work is expensive. I was on our way home here and when we woke up we didn't have any water except what was coming out of the sky as it was just pouring outright and I called and then went somewhere and came back and I was checking out the pump and they got it fixed and it was just a switch on the tank and they work on the air conditioner, tanks and I would recommend them. My daughter and son in law use him and they have always been satisfied with the work. I paid approximately $247 and that was basically for labor. My disposal had gone bad but it turned that the disposal wasn't bad but some of the wiring and switch was bad so the guy came out to check the disposal and he had to call the electrician and that was one of the reasons but for a normal service call for something simple like unstopping a drain I think it is $80. It was aggravating having to pay to two people and I had some concerns when the plumber came out and put his little gauge or whatever on the disposal and said it is getting far and then took the old one out and put new one and hooked it back up and put the switch and it still wouldn't run and that's when he called the electrician and when he came out I guess I was getting charged all the time when the plumber was here plus when the electrician was here. All that he did was took off the cover from the switch and said there is loose ground wire here and put that back and do the switch and the disposal ran fine so then I made him take new one off as I didn't want to buy a new one but use what I had and so they had to put that one back and for a plumber that's not a big deal and he can do it in five minutes and it was their mistake and not mine. I would recommend them and the people they send are very courteous and friendly. Probably the one time this guy didn't know how to use his gauge or what and it was their mistake and not mine but overall if I had a plumbing problem the next five minutes its them who I would call. They were slow on responsiveness.

I needed them right away and they are very repsonsive. They come in, do the work, and are on their way. They are quick and efficient. I have very happy with their work. They are very nice and friendly and I have not had any problem with them.

They fixed a plumbing problem (tree root in main sewer line) but charged 3 times what another plumber has charged me before Was here 15 minutes or so and charged 295 dollars! On top of that, the main plumber was very unfriendly. What a rip off. Will NEVER use them again
