Description of Work: The first visit was good. They did a good job cleaning and it was obvious the minute I walked in that the house was clean. The second visit didn't go as well. Even though the cost for each visit was the same, the second and third visits were not as thorough. The last visit they were here less than 90 minutes and the cleaning was basically hitting the high spots. Needless to say, it was their last visit.

 + -1 moreThe quality varies greatly based on who is working. The are willing to redo if not happy but it is the same people so the work doesn't improve. There is a lot of pressure to give them a key. Also if you need to cancel they charge based on how long it has been since they cleaned vs your standard rate. Constantly raised rates.
