+ -1 moreI received 3 quotes all were in the same ball park for the unit needed. Mr. Joyner was very professional and did not make me feel pressured and was very honest and up front. It wasn't all about the money. The unit was installed in just a few days after I gave them the approval. The crew was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Joyner's Heating & Air.

+ -1 moreFrom start to finish, Joyner's HVAC has shown respect, concern, and a desire to please me as a customer. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to share time and knowledge with me as a customer. Money never has seemed like the " bottom line" with them. My satisfaction has always seemed their most importantt concern. Even the Secretary is very conscientious and helpful.
Description of Work: We needed a new HVAC unit and I was interested in Trane. Mr. Joyner gave me the most reasonable price. He spent a long time developing the calculations and understandiing our needs before submitting the bid.on a complicated job with a fairly large uinit. I spoke with him via phone and email with many questions before actually hiring him to do the job. His price was considerably less than the closest competitor PLUS he acted like we were important to him. He and his son really know the HVAC business. They also understand the importance of customer satisfaction. I had a slight problem with my system within the first year and both Mr.Joyners promptly solved the problem. I now use Joyner's HVAC company for maintenance on another system I own. I am impressed with their concern for me as a person and for the comfort of my family. His prices are very reasonable and they back up what they sell. I love my Trane.

+ -1 moreThe manifold was replaced and the burners were never calibrated causing it to crack once again and leak carbon monoxide into our home. This was after I had contacted them to convert our systems from propane to natural gas, which they couldn't be bothered. When I brought in Performance Heating in Wilson, they showed us the crack and said it needed to be fixed immediately. They offered to do it but encouraged us to contact Joyner. When I spoke to Joyner they had no record of the repair. I found the original receipt and had to send it to them. After a few weeks they were back with the part and repaired it again. The repair man did not put all of the screws back into the outside shell of the unit when he was finished and left trash around my house. I can literally lift up a side of the sheet metal casing for the unit. Needless to say I did not contact them to come put screws back into my unit. I had Performance double check the work.
Description of Work: When we purchased our home in 2008, Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning was contracted by the Seller's Agent to repair the gas pack on the home (installed 2005). The manifold was cracked and had to be repaired. This was a warranty repair for Trane.
