first of all let us state he came to us looking for work that he worked for Brewers paint and wall paper, a local firm with good rep since out of business., and that he had been laid off and was trying to pay his bills medical and such. The pressure washing went fine without a hitch. Paid him for that. His old oldsmobile that he was driving broke down in front of my house we worked out a deal on the rest of the list above. helped to get his oldsmobile going so he could get our work done and several others he was working on. thing went pretty well the first 2 weeks. He borrowed some tools that we had to help him get some jobs finished up he was working . Then thing got messy. His oldsmobile died and he had no way to get to work or return our tools he borrowed. We got back our tools finial. He and his hinders put more holes in our roof then they fixed. Our facial and soffit was paint some color not even close to the right color. Trying to get him out here to finish the work was to the point he kept saying he had no transportation and wanted to be picked up be us to finish the job. We called his bluff after it had gone into 120 days out into a 3 week job to pick him up and he could not make it at such time. Last time he was out to finish up the job he and his hinders left for lunch and haven't been back. He left his trash pile and our yard so messy we got a citation from the city about it. Numerous calls to Mr. Bob Repozo of Economy Paint and Construction have netted us nothing but wasted time.To take him to small claims court cost more money in fees to the court then we would get back it would be funny if it were not so tragic. We have 2 children who are special needs and I

I should have known better than to hire a guy who knocked on my door, but he seemed sincere and his initial work had some promise. We hired him to pressure wash the house, paint the fence, repair the missing brick on the front step, paint the deck railing, stain and seal the deck and porches, and paint the exterior doors. He assured me that he could have the job finished within a week. One month later he had finally finished the pressure washing, repaired the front step, and primed the fence. During that month he was only at the house about 5 days and never worked for more than 2-3 hours, except once when he stayed for about five hours. He constantly pestered me and my wife asking us to look at his work or asking to borrow some tool or gas for the pressure washer. After a month and more than thirty phone calls, I was fed up and fired him. I'm still waiting to see if I get the supplies that I paid for at the start of the job. Watch out for this guy!
