Carolina Trophy Roofs

The roof was completed in less than two days and was very well done. Carolina Trophy Roofs led us through the entire process, assisted with insurance issues and were on site exactly as promised. We would use them again...very impressed with the entire process.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! They came to my property without me contacting them. I have a no trespassing sign. They then banged on my door hard enough for my neighbors to call the cops because they thought someone was trying to break in. They came back 2 days later and left their information. I contacted the phone number on the slip, and informed the guy that I had the sign, his exact words were “well, no one told me to leave”. Very unprofessional. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.

They did a great job. I would hire them again. Worked with my insurance and sent in proper paper work.

Excellent work, professional and punctual. They did a great job, my new roof looks fantastic and the best part is that they worked with my insurance company to get it not only repaired but upgraded and updated to current building code. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Everything went as expected. Roof was on in one day. I am new to the area and saw this company online. They do great work and are easy to deal with. Very polite and professional.

We needed to have our roof done due to storm damage, missing shingles and some interior damage. I worked with Carl, Adam and Harley. Walked me through the process and what to expect as well as helped with the insurance company. All were very professional, punctual, and the work was excellent. The communication with this company is the best! They do the job and follow up to make sure you're happy. I would recommend to family and friends as our experience was great.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We recently bought a new home and had roof damage from a storm. I called Carolina Trophy Roofs and spoke to the owner, George Pugh. He sent Adam, Carl, and Harley out the same day. They looked at the damage and placed tarps on different parts of the roof until we could get the roof installed. We filed a claim with our insurance and Carolina Trophy Roofs became our claim advocate. They went above and beyond educating us on what areas of the home would need work as well as things to look out for to prevent further damage. They replaced our roof, vents, some decking, and are currently working on our interior. They also made sure they get EVERY NAIL from out of our driveway and yard! When the exterior job was complete, Rusty made sure we were happy with the job. Needless to say, we are. We had a lot of roofers approach us about repairing and replacing our roof, but no one could match what Carolina Trophy Roofs offered. NO ONE! We couldn't be happier that we chose to work with Carolina Trophy Roofs. They are true professionals. We will be calling them for all future projects we have planned for our home. You should do the same!

It went fantastic! They were at my house promptly at 7 am and had the job done within a day and a half!! Very friendly and informative!! Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with carolina trophy roofs first of all before they even went on the roof they covered my flowerbeds bushes airconditioner unit etc on the ground to make sure they were not damaged these guys work really hard and had 2 layers of shingles tore off in no time at all they cleaned everything up and not a trace of anything left my roof looks great and yes i would highly recommend them thanks guys for a job well done

Guys were professional and helpful. They were always on time and did what they said. Work was done well and they were extremely helpful through the insurance process. I was completely satisfied with the work performed.

Carolina Trophy was great and professional. Installed gutters and went out of their way to make us happy. Quality, price, service, professionalism, and even the owner came out to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Newly expanding company that is honest and top notch, you won't be disappointed!

Very professional group of guys all the way from the inspection, till I got the claim approval, all the way down till they put on my beautiful roof..Definitely 5 Star performance
