We were satisfied that Scooter chose the right solution for the problem. He took extra time to really evaluate the situation before giving us an estimate. He did a great job and we'll definitely select him again for future work.

Everything went perfect! I was actually schedule for the Tuesday 11/18 which was fine but I mentioned to Johnny that I had some time off from 11/12-11/14 if he had any openings come up. Sure enough Johnny called me that Friday 11/14 first thing in the morning asking if I would be home at 10:30. I told told him yes I would and he was there right on time. He said it would take 45 minutes and he finished in 45 minutes! He was great and very nice! I would recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job and we are pleased with the work. We'd recommend them to anyone for gutters. They listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that. They even noted small details in previously done work that wasn't right and fixed it for us.

Carolina Roofing began the job when scheduled. The work was completed within a week. When a room or ceiling needed another coat of paint, another coat was put on. If I saw an area that needed extra coverage, it was completed without additional cost. The owner and employees were polite and well mannered. There

I had a small roof leake that required repair after many outragous estimates and a few companies telling me I needed a whole new roof I called Carolina Roofing and spoke to Johnny King aka "Scooter" He came out to my house promptly to see about my roof issue. He told me I did not need a new roof!! I required a few siding boards to be replaced, flashing repaired and some shingles. He quoted me 300.00 and had no issue with using my home warranty to receive payment. Scooter was able to come back out and do the repair with no problem!!! I would certainly use him again !!! Not only did he replair my roof but while he was giving me the estimate he noticed a huge black snake in my yard !!! He quickly got the snake and tossed it into the woods!! As a person with a small child that plays outside I was certainly thankful that he was able to fix the roof and get rid of the snake!! Thank you Scooter and thank you for the wonderful service !! Would recommed to anyone needing roof work!

Carolina Roofing & Gutters was recommended by Absolute Metal Roofing from Wilmington NC that recently installed standing seam metal roofing on our custom log home in Kenly NC. Scooter called and came by the same day to provide a gutter quote. Although not quite the low bid he seemed very knowledgable and excited about providing us with a quality gutter job at a fair price. He also had the best warranty on both the gutters & leaf guards. After reviewing the 4 gutter quotes received we awarded the contract and set a date in 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Scooter & his helper showed up on time on the date promised. The entire job was completed in appox 5 hours. We had also asked Scooter to help us out in installing several home made "rain chain" downspouts as part of the job. He was very accommadating and eager to help. The "rain Chains" were installed as requested. We had also asked that standard downspout material be left in the event we became unhappy with our "rain chain" experiment. There was no change in the quoted price for these add'l requests. The job was done on time & on budget in a very professional manner.

Quick response. Good communication. Reasonable price. Thorough, quick work. Nice clean-up. Good job and hadnled a few "extra" items that presented themselves, during installation, to insure gutters were installed properly. Would definitely call again.

They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to get the job done. The whole house (average sized ranch home) was done in under three hours and that included removal of old gutters. The only downside is that all three members of the crew smoked several cigarettes while working and the windows were open in my home so it got kind of smelly. That being said, I did not ask them to not smoke near the house so that is my fault to an extent as I am sure they would have gladly refrained to do so had I asked. It's been several months and everything is working well and I am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new gutters. Thanks to them for a job well done!

It was really great. It was a while ago. I came out specifically, but it was a good bit ago. I spent maybe like $200 or $300. It was very positive. Even the canvass job and execute me up, showed me way done and implicated me on how should be done properly, and never had done it again. Get well on their way, they really implicate me on roofs, not hoping on all about, so, it was very good. I do not have a basis for comparison. I saw what they did was fair and reasonable. I called them with the problem and they showed up the same day. So, it was like an appointment and they showed up ahead of time.They were very professional in my opinion.

The old gutters were removed and hauled away and the new gutters were installed. All debris was cleaned up. I will not be able to commwnt on the performance until we receive rain. The job was performed professionally but they arrived about an hour late.

Carolina Roofing and Gutters set up an appointment and came promptly. Mr. King reviewed and evaluated the roof and provided information on shingles, metal roofing and whether I needed a whole roof or a partial roof at this time. An estimate was provided with information on materials and labor costs. (We have not had the work done at this time due to us not due to any problems with Carolina Roofing and Gutters. We are still concerning this company for the work when we have the roof work done.)

Scooter and his crew did a great job!

Went fairly well. There was initially an issue with the flashing but fixed it and was extremely apologitic. Stated he couldn't sleep all night worrying about the roof.

They were really good. They were punctual, and they did a good job. They were very courteous, and they came in and did the work in no time. They did good work, they did it fairly quickly, and it’s secured nicely. I am very, very pleased with them, and I would recommend them. They were very good, I mean really very good. They went above and beyond, they secured things that were not in the contract or in our agreement of things to do. They were very quick, the contact person told me when they would be here, and unlike other people where I have to wait for days, they were here and on time. They were very professional.

They were on time did all the work we wanted and it turned out beautiful.
