Description of Work: Wouldn't you know the bottom bake element burnt clear through in my oven right in the middle of baking Christmas cookies.

Description of Work: They fixed the ice maker on my refrigerator. The service man was very knowledgeable and nice. He wasn't here long and had the problem fixed.

Description of Work: Bob came to my home during the middle of us moving. He was able to tell what was wrong, fix the machine so I could use it and was out the door in about a hour.

Description of Work: They fixed the latch on the door of my washer. They came out when they said but charged me $120 for the initial visit even though they didn't have the part in stock. When the part arrived we were charged $179 for the part and labor. Seems like a lot to pay for an $80 part.

Description of Work: Provided a phone estimate according to my description of the problem but I decided not to proceed. They were very nice and patient.

Description of Work: I contacted Bobs when my oven was not heating properly. The service man was knowledgeable and I did not feel uncomfortable being in my home alone with him. He took my element back to the shop when he did not have one on his truck that matched. He brought back the closest matches to try. Since they did not fit in my oven, Bobs ordered me the part. Installation of the new part only took 10 minutes. The majority of my bill was service, as the part price ($65.00) was reasonable.

Description of Work: Bobby was here to look at our washing machine. He got it apart, initially saw that the belt was off the drum. Put belt back on, then he had me watch and listen with him to the machine. While doing so, told me about a part that has 3 legs, with one of the legs going. Once a 2nd leg goes, he told me what to expect, and really said wasn't worth fixing because the cost of the part is almost as much as buying a new machine.

Description of Work: Bob came the day I called for service on my Electrolux dishwasher. We had the appliance for 14 months and the motor went out. He told us to call the company and request a new part as this was a top of the line dishwasher. He did not charge a service call.

Description of Work: Called them to have my refrigerator looked at, everything was freezing up. I knew it was the theromastate, told them I was sure it was the theromastate. they asked what kind of refrigerator I had, I told them whirlpool. the man shows up, opens the refrigerator, says its the theromstate and low and behold... he doesnt have a whirlpool theromastate on his truck, he will have to come back tomorrow with one, todays charge will be 78 dollars, tomorrows charge will be 72 (discount for return trip) plus the thermostate which will be about 125.00... I paid the 78 dollars told him not to come back, I will buy a new refrigerator. my point is he knew when he came to my house what kind of refrigerator he would be looking at, and I BELIEVE WITH ALL MY HEART, HE DELIBERATELY DIDNT HAVE WHILRPOOL BRANDS ON HIS TRUCK SO HE COULD GET THE RETRUN TRIP. I BELIEVE THIS WAS A LEGAL CON JOB. STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
