Alarm-All

My initial contact and experience with Greg Best at Alarm-All was very responsive and professional. We established an appointment for them to initiate the service, to which he and his partner John arrived on time. Unfortunately, because the phone line was not yet active, and the system does not feature a cellular unit, we were forced to postpone monitoring until we could derive a solution. It's at this point that service went straight downhill. The following week I called Greg and left a lengthy voicemail seeking information about what type of cellular unit was compatible with our GE system. He never returned that call. I called again a week later, got Greg on the phone, and he indicated that he was waiting to here back from GE and that he'd call me back within a day. That was over a month ago, and was the last time I had any contact from Alarm-All. Greg failed to honor his commitment to return my calls, never answered the phone the next 4-5 times I call, and never responded to any of the voicemails that I subsequently left. My primary interest in going with Alarm-All was their prior experience with this residence and this system. They are also the low-cost provider in the area. Sadly, this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for. Their service is on par with the price. Do yourself a favor and find another security company.
