Due to a dishwasher leak, we had water damage and because we didn't catch it soon enough, mold had developed under our flooring and in the crawlspace underneath. My husband called Advantaclean since they had excellent reviews on Google and he said he was impressed with their professionalism over the phone. They responded quickly and came to put industrial fans and a large dehumidifier in our kitchen. I was the one that communicated with them throughout the process following the initial contact made by my husband and I am truly impressed with the professionalism and communication of Vincent and LaToya, who were my two main contacts. Both of them were friendly and courteous and took lots of time to answer my questions. I was always informed of what was going on with each step. We had to have mold remediation in the crawlspace (entire crawlspace needed to be done because of airborne mold contamination) and also in the kitchen. The team that came to handle the remediation in the crawlspace were very nice and worked hard for the two days (Sat & Sun) that it took to complete that portion. Beyond that, Vincent also worked as a contractor dealing directly with our insurance company to handle the flooring, cabinet repair, and painting that needed to be done as a result of the water damage. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process, and never acted annoyed at my questions (I ask tons of questions). Both Vincent and LaToya are examples of how customer service should be. They both seem to really care about doing good, thorough work and I truly appreciate their spirit of excellence.
