Water Doctor

We called the Water Doctor after waking up with no water. We came to find that our pump needed replaced. A local competitor gave us a quote, we called to get a second quote. The Water Doctor cut that initial companies quote in half. They set up an appointment for the next morning, the well was fixed quickly and efficiently. Frank even fixed a potential future problem. So refreshing to find an honest local company that offers quality service. The Water Doctor will be our go to company from now on for well needs. Very professional and friendly service.

The guys were very polite and professional, but were five hours late, then they informed me that they couldn't repair my unit. By this time, it is 5:30pm, even though they did give me a number for someone that could work on my older well, it was going to be the next day before that company could get there. It took the company 30 minutes to replace a capacitor, something that could have been replaced the day before if: #1, the original guys would have been there on time and I would have called the other company around mid day. or #2, I would have called the other company to begin with (which is a company that I was prepared to call anyway).

Frank replaced my pressure switch without an issue. Pump works like new again. Quick and reliable service. Highly recommend Water Doctor for your well pump needs.

We came home from vacation and found very low water pressure. Frank Saubier, the Water Doctor, arrived on a Friday evening when he finished another job and determined the pump was trying to work but not able to pump enough water. Frank gave us a free estimate and we agreed to it being replaced on Saturday morning. Matt and Ryan arrived on time Saturday morning, replaced the pump and showed us that the bladder was waterlogged. We agreed to that being replaced, too. All three men were very professional, easy to work with and explained the work. They went right to work and did not waste any time. We recommend Water Doctor for well problems. We would definitely use them again. It is good to find people we can trust through Angie's List. This was our first time to use Angie's List which will definitely be our "go-to" place when we need reliable repairs and service.

Frank knew what the problem was as soon as I started describing the problem. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem correctly and was finished within the hour. He explained the problem, answered my questions and all for a very reasonable price.

The Water Doctor promptly returned my call at 5pm on Thanksgiving evening. They agreed to come out the next morning (on a holiday!) to service our failed well. They communicated their status to us constantly and after arriving, were courteous and professional; they explained what they were doing and showed us their findings. The failed pump was replaced and we were back in service in under 3 hours! They cleaned up and left no mess. I would definitely recommend Water Doctor to anyone who needs well service.

Frank was very thorough and professional. We had an emergency problem and needed our well fixed ASAP due to selling our home! This company didn't test the water to find out what kind of system we required. Our landlord asked no questions because she just didn't care. After the water softener was installed, we still had sediment in the water, along with a yellowish color. They had to be called multiple times to come back and adjust the system, or add parts to it. It was a complete disaster. I was pregnant during this time and it caused a great deal of stress and hardship for me. It wasn't until I contacted the better business bureau that they came and finally fixed the problem, and that was only when I agreed to take back my negative review. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Additionally, the installed a new well pump at the house we rented before that, and that pump had to be replaced because it went bad within 2 months.

Nothing like waking up on a Sunday morning and having no water. SO I CALLED WATER DOCTOR THEY WERE WONDERFUL. They were out here in a hour and pump was replaced in a few hours. On a Sunday this was priceless you can not beat this kind of service. Not many company's are available 24/7. I was very thankful for them. Will call them for any issues.
