They were quick to respond to my call to Home Advisor. The owner was very polite and helpful. He came out on a Sunday and in a timely manor...even with his family visiting from out of town. I feel he definitely went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Water Doctor and I will use them for all of my water related issues.

They came out the same day I called and replaced my well pump. They also advised me of a water leak they found in my well house and fixed that as well. The repairman, Frank, was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Ryan called to assure he was on his way to the house and WILL get the water back on for us. Expensive job in my case, but fair compared to online averages for well pump and tank replacement. Regardless, the service was worth the cost... and you can t put a price on what you feel is money well spent. Showed me exactly what was wrong and suggested the solutions. No pushy sales, just solutions to fit my situation. Simply said... Hire em!

We had a well emergency with absolutely no water coming through pipes. My husband called another company and, without even coming out to do an estimate, said it was probably the pump and that would cost us 2500 to 3000$!! I went to Home Advisor and did a search. Water Doctor was the top one with great reviews so I sent the info to my husband. They are amazing! Not only did they come that day to do the free estimate it was over 1000$ less than quoted by this other company. They did the pump replacement right then and we had water by the time I got home. Also they said our pump was for 120 ft well and we have a 200 ft well. We now have fantastic water pressure too. I would recommend this company to any and everyone!

I woke up to no water in the house. Called a few services before 7AM and Water Doctor was quick to respond, and could make it to my house by 9:30 AM that morning. The service rep Ryan was quick to discover the issue was not the pump, but the pressure tank and switch, and within an hour he had a new tank, switch and pressure gauge installed. Will not hesitate to recommend them to others and will use them again.
