Water Doctor

It was a little expensive but I expected as much since they came out on a Sunday.

Our water went out over the weekend. They came out to fix it on a Sunday. We were so grateful. They were very knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. The price was reasonable. Our water is back up and running.

Our water was not working and we were in a hurry to get it fixed since we were heading out that day on our vacation. They came out before we left to fix it. We ended up needing a new pump for our well. The water did stop working again before we left, but they came right back out to fix it.

Well pump went out and called the Water Doctor. Jeff came out immediately on a Saturday and could immediately diagnose multiple problem that were a result of a lightning strike on the water pump. Had burned out the pump and eventually broke off the well pipe. Was a huge job, but they had everything in place on Monday and got it fixed.

This company was true to their word, on every detail. They were very nice and done the work as only pros can do.This is the best company that I have ever had any dealings with. I was shocked but only in a good way. Every thing they said they would do they did. They even went above and beyond on what I asked of them. If all companies were like this one. Then there would be no need to have a list of companies to hire. I would be glad to tell and recommend this company to any one needing pump and well service done. Thank you.

Very fast completion of the job, I called and within a few minutes my call was transferred and within 1 1/2 hours the job was finished. Our well pump motor stopped working. Less than 20 minutes later I was on the phone with Frank getting a quote. Which I might add was in the end very accurate and has a 5 year warranty on all parts and labor. They arrived on schedule and went straight to work. They were fast, polite, but alittle pricey. Then again, we are talking a new submersible well pump! All in all we are very pleased

We were on vacation when our pet sitter called to say there was no water. They were extremely quick to respond to our call and came the same day and replaced the well pump. They put our mind at ease with us being so far away and them working on this project.

I woke up on the day the snow was coming in with no water. I had neer used homeadvisor, but I filled out the questionnaire, and they called within 20 minutes. They showed up a couple of hours later, and had the water up and running within 45 minutes. We needed a new water tank, and it was $550.
