It's scary moving to a new town and then having to hire someone to work on a system you have no prior history on. They were professional, kind and very willing to inform me about key aspects of my well. I feel good about my decision to call them and am very pleased that I now have a "go to" team for work I may need done in the future. They called me quickly and kept me informed on their pending arrival. They worked quickly and had my water flowing again within a more than acceptable window of time. I would highly recommend them. The water doctor came after work hours so I wouldn't have to take off work. He replaced my pressure tank in almost no time and was very nice. I would definitely recommend the Water Doctor, and I will call him back when I need service again.

This was a call back. I had them come out to inspect/repair my well...found a clogged filter on the wrong side of the pressure switch. We...came home from being out of town, no water. They quickly came out and we found the well VERY low. They came up with a plan to wait and had me check the depth. Thankfully the well came back, one of my toliets had a very slow leak...that almost killed my well! They came back hooked everything back up, check the pressure and valves! Can not express how great this company is!!!

I thought my well went out, as I had little to no water flowing. Breakers were good, but no pressure. They came out, quick inspection found a problem with the plumbing, not the pump. (Sometime before I bought the house, a filter was installed before pressure valve) They fixed the problem quickly and recommended options for future filter locations/type. Would HIGHLY recommend them, and they will be my go-to people for future problems!!

Great work. Got done fast. Cost was a little on the high side but they got the job done with no issues.

Be careful...the price changes if they think you can afford to pay more. I received one price on the phone but when they drove up to my property the price went up. Seems to be knowledgeable however. I don't plan to use them again.

They came out and put on a sediment filter at the well. It cost me $300. I thought that was a little high since they were in and out in about an hour. I've been quoted from other sources that a good sediment filter costs about $75. They probably have another $20-$25 in additional plumbing parts (2 valves and some short lengths of plastic pipe and two additional replacement 20 micron filters). So I think $200 per hour is a little steep for labor. The bill doesn't have a break down of parts and labor. It just says "$300 Total Parts and Labor". However, they came out when they said they would and were very nice and courteous. They explained the three options I could take for my sediment problem. There was no pressure to take the most expensive route. I chose the cheapest of the three which was the sediment filter installation. And it has worked great so far. The sediment is gone from my water and my washing machine isn't clogging up any more and there is no more granite sediment settled at the bottom of my tub after showers and baths. So they fixed my problem and my wife and I are happy.
