Water Doctor

Water Doctor repaired my well on a Saturday at no extra charge while I was trying to prepare for a baby shower the next day. He provided excellent service and had all the equipment on hand to make the well repair. I had called several other local companies first, but no had pumps on the truck or would not work on Saturday. Excellent service and fast repair! I will definitely be keeping this company's number and referring them to my friends.

Jeff and his team were great. We had a problem with our well pressure relief valve failing. We didn't know this was the problem but they easily diagnosed this over the phone and told us it was a simple problem we could fix ourselves if we were handy. We weren't comfortable doing it and they said no problem they could come our way. By the time they got here is was pouring down rain but they got right to work. Terrible conditions and they got the job done fast and at a very affordable price. Very satisfied and appreciative of their help.

This was a simple issue, he fixed it in just a few minutes and the charge was reasonable.

Called me back within a minute stopped by within 4 hours found problem (old filters) replaced in 5 minutes and problem solved. To someone lacking knowledge of living with a well they were very helpful - perhaps if I knew what I should have looked for price might be a bit high but I was pleased with both respond time and work completion and for knowledge and response would highly recommend !

Installer were very knowledgeable and cooperative to getting job done quickly and correctly. Explained warranty and how damage can be prevented in future..... Great job, Very happy with service.

The gentleman called and spoke to my husband. My husband was actually able to fix it himself because the gentleman walked him through how to fix since this was such a simple fix. We appreciate you being so kind. This was also on a SATURDAY. which was very nice that he even called back being a weekend and then so kindly gave us instructions. If I have any other issues I will defin call back again. THANK YOU!!

I liked both the guys that came and thought they were very knowledgeable. They were not as expensive as I thought they would be. I thought they were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Water Doctor was incredibly fast with awesome customer service. I was in a bind when my well pump went out the night I was leaving town and had family coming to stay at the house. Frank was great with letting me know what was going on over the phone while I was gone and completed the work correctly quickly. I would definitely use Water Doctor again for any well/plumbing issue.
