I really love the Water Doctor. They are the best kind of contractor. Always on time, the right price and the nicest people you'll ever meet. I have used them for 2 different wells and for a compressor. They offer warranties and always have all the parts that are needed. Water Doctor has been great to work with. Very professional, quick to get to my home and quick to fix the issues! Every person I spoke to on the phone, or in person. All 3 people I spoke to/dealt with were also very personable, quick, explained what needed to be done multiple times so I understood and **THEY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM!** We called 4 different plumbers/well specialists beforehand with no positive results or even an answer to why our water had shut off/stopped working. The owner Frank proved to be extremely knowledgeable and was even able to identify the problem over the phone by thoroughly listening to my recount of the plumbing issues. The small family owned company has been very quick to either answer the phone or call back regarding my questions or concerns. They ve also made a point to let us know that if we felt anything wasn t running 100% perfectly to call them for free* check ups, advise, over the phone help and help and same-day service to confirm/fix any of the replaced products needed. All of the services they provided us are under warranty and they brought EVERYTHING needed in their truck! Everything was checked, diagnosed and completed within less then 1 1/2 hours.

He came out to my home within hours I called. Did a great job explaining the problem and quickly fixed it. I would definitely call again.

Frank from Water Doctor came out to my home when he said he would and diagnosed my problem before he came to the door. He had some difficulty locating the part for my well pump repair, but he stayed on it until he found it. Once he had the part, he returned promptly to replace it. All in all, it was a good experience and I would hire him again.

Awesome. I contacted them around 7:00 P.M. one night and the well pump was replaced by noon the next day. They even replaced my water filter and inspected the pressure tank. I have never experienced such prompt and courteous service as I did with the Water Doctor. Such a rarity in today's culture. Many thanks to them--I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who has well/plumbing problems.

Incredible experience. Friday night I got a call from my tenant. He had just got off work, went home to get cleaned up only to discover the well quit pumping water. I jumped online and sent a repair request, not expecting to get a response until after the Labor Day weekend. Within 30 minutes the Well Doctor sent me an appointment request for early the next morning. They showed up on time, had a new well pump and tank installed in less than 2 hours because they had all the parts on their repair truck. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank, the owner, is first class.

Water Doctor arrived on time, were exceptionally polite and professional. They spent 15-20 minutes assessing our problem, determined that our old 2" well required specialized service. They provided two references to qualified specialists, and they charged us nothing for their service. Quite unusual and much appreciated.
