Very well and would definitely recommend / hire again. Scott's team pressure washed the all the trim around the home, our brick stairs up to the entry, and our flagstone back patio. I appreciated the honesty on what truly needed carpentry work and what just needed some TLC. Around 6-7 pieces of trim were replaced due to wood rot; most of which was identified ahead of time. Scott was excellent in making sure we were happy with the service. Thanks again Scott!

Scott and his son spent all day Saturday working on my deck. The deck project was done great, Scott & his son were very professional. Scott made sure I understood the entire process and what to expect afterwards. We couldn't have been more pleased, I will contact Scott in the future for any projects at the house.

This was the best painting experience we have ever had - Scott is first class and delivers on time, as promised, and is excellent at customer service.

Scott and his team were fantastic. We called to schedule an estimate and he was able to come that evening. He got us a quote the next day and within a week his team was there painting. It took them 2 days to paint the our home. Scott came by on the following Tuesday (the finished painting a few days earlier and we had some scheduling conflicts) and spent a little time doing the walk down and putting some finishing touches on. I was very impressed with Scott and his team, and how he conducted business. It speaks a lot that the owner comes by at the end of the job to make sure that everything is as we want it. He takes pride in the work and wants to leave a quality product, and they did. We will have him back to do a few more things for us. Very Highly Recommended!.

I found Premier Painting on Angie's List and Scott and his team did a great job. Scott was able to come over to the house and provide an estimate within a day of our first discussion. He was very thorough and communicated the timeline and scope of the project clearly. Based on schedules on both sides the work began a few weeks after he provided the estimate. All of the work was completed within a week and house looks great. Scott was there on multiple days to ensure everything was getting done, as well as the day after completion to walk through and review all of the work that was done to ensure we satisfied. Overall, a very good job.

Scott arrived promptly on time for pricing and estimate. I had his estimate that same evening. We agreed on the price, and he and his crew started within a few days. They did an outstanding job on the prep work, and other repairs that needed attention. The end result was a beautiful paint job done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. His crew was professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. Great job Scott!! Will definitely use again...........l

After calling Scott and explaining the work my mother needed to have done, he came, measured all the rooms, and discussed paint colors. He gave her an estimate and explained in detail how he arrived at the cost. After purchasing the paint, he and his crew came exactly when we were told to expect them. He introduced the crew and explained to them all that needed to be completed. The crew moved furniture, covered all areas, and began work. Scott had projected that the work would take 2-3 days. During that time he called or stopped by to make sure things were going satisfactorily. The total cost was what was quoted originally. Painting was completed on Saturday just as promised. Scott came by to check on things about an hour before the crew finished, replaced furniture, and cleaned up in each room. While he was waiting, he took time to visit with my mother which went above and beyond what you expect of a contractor of any kind. My mother is elderly and not comfortable with strangers coming in her home. A family member usually needs to be there if workers come. However, Scott has completed other projects for her and has gained her confidence and trust. Even without a family member present, she is very comfortable with the crew and Scott. She was delighted with all the rooms. As a matter of fact, she highly recommended them to a friend of hers, and my mother has never done this with any other workers. Lastly, Scott called after a week or so to see if there was anything that needed attention and if my mother was still pleased. We assured him everything was fine.

Scott is an absolute please to work with. He is very responsive via email and phone calls and is meticulous when it comes to planning and delivering. Scott personally inspects all the work that is done and picks up on errors that the layman would have overlooked to ensure that the finished product is perfect. His team ensures that the work site is clean and neat once the work is completed which is always appreciated. We have used Premier Paints for numerous interior and exterior projects and we couldn't be happier with the results.

The entire process went very well with Scott and the Premier Painting team. Scott showed up on time for our initial appointment to provide an estimate. Throughout the esimation process, Scott was very professional and courteous. We recently moved to Charlotte from a small suburb of Raleigh and Scott reminded me of the good/honest contractors that were in that area. We ended up choosing a stain from Benjamin Moore that was more pricey than others but the color and stain really matched our brick real well. Once I received the initial estimate from Scott we setup an appointment for a couple weeks later for Premier Painting team to perform the job. The crew including Scott showed up on time and completed the job within a day. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the crew was and how clean they were throughout the job. The deck turned out perfect and I have received a ton of positive comments from neighbors. The Premier Painting team definitely exceeded my expectations.

Do to weather condition the work was not done and the provider refunded my payment

The cost was a little more because it took him longer to do it than what he expected. The price was reasonable.

Scott and his son did a great job cleaning and restaining my large deck. Day 1 was the powerwash, with preliminary setup of covering back walls of the house to avoid overspray. With an overnight drying, Day 2 was the application of the new stain. There are many spindles to my backyard deck, but Scott and his son were quite meticulous to clean and restain each one, with care to get the hard-to-reach places. Scott did a good job explaining the process beforehand, and provided me with expectations for the drying and wear of the new stain. Scott came back on the third day to remove all tape and plastic protecting the house walls and other areas. I definitely recommend Scott for his prompt and thorough service.

Scott was very responsive to our initial inquiries and followed up with us to confirm color selections and paint grades/finishes. He and his crew arrived ahead of schedule and although they estimated that the job would take two days, they were finished in one day. Scott came back the following day to walk through the project with us to ensure our satisfaction and then fixed several small areas that we never even saw. Highly recommended and we will absolutely call him again for our next project.

After Scott performed the estimate, I knew I was going to be in good hands. The estimate was thorough - we went through each area of my home I wanted painted and talked about the use of the area and my specific needs. Scheduling was fast and easy and his crew showed up early each day - true professionals. The process was seamless, with his crew taking their time laying down plastic over my furniture and floors, patching drywall and attacking each area in a methodical, thorough fashion. Once the painting was finished - Scott himself touched up areas (I don't think I would have ever noticed) and walked through each area with me showing me the work and making sure I was pleased. My walls look great and the paint lines are dead on! ( and I am picky!). Planning to use Scott and his crew for my home's exterior painting and would definitely recommend his services. A++++

Scott did a super job! We had a water stain on our ceiling which is no longer noticeable at all. Definitely met our expectations but exceeding them with the great communication he had with us. Very thorough and wonderful to work with!! Will absolutely use Premier Painting again!!!

Painted Kitchen in one color., and painted dining room in one color as requested. Used two coats. Prior to beginning work, he contacted us and communitcated with us as to what supplies we should have on hand. he communicated with us every step of the way and stayed on hand until the job was completed.

Scott was very compliant and tried to work with us on getting this done but it was in the middle of our rainy season so the weather didn't allow for outside work. When the weather did calm down we had about a 5 day window to get the work done and at that time Scott was busy with other projects so couldn't do the work.

Scheduling was fine and it looked very good. I was pleased with the results.

Scott was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, worked with my schedule, showed up on time and would call to confirm with me, and kept to the price he quoted me on. They actually didn't stay the entire time that they said they would. They were pretty punctual.

Mr.Tetterton and his assistant were very attentive to detail in protecting my plants and choosing not to work when the humidity was too high or rain forecast. He communicated in advance with us and was very respectful and prompt. His work was impeccable. We will use him again if we have a need, and will definitely recommend him for his work.
