Well except for scheduling mishaps but service was fine

This was a big deal purchase. They finally came and did what they were supposed to do. I them a list of things I would like for them to quote, including painting some trees, some mulching, take out some shrub and add some other things. I had to keep calling the manager back and they never showed up to do anything else. But they did do what I bought, but I would not recommend them because they do not follow up. I was going to give them a lot of business. I was told by another yard guy that the company that came out to overseed did not do a very good job. I might have been further than they wanted to come. They may do a great job other places.

Good, arrived when expected brought plenty of help and were thorough. But, when I asked for a receipt for the extra work they did on the front yard which I had added the receipt they gave me was hand written. No professional letterhead from a business??

They were not terribly responsive but okay. I contacted them and then they sent me an email then I sent a follow up with them a couple of more times to actually get something scheduled. I probably had to email them four or five times and maybe got one email back and then they just showed up one day without telling me that they were going to do it.

They were great! worked hard and got every leaf up out of a yard with several huge trees. we will hire them again for sure.

It was fantastic. I'd have them come again if need be.

Per the deal, the 2 hour initial clean-up was never done, debris from flower beds were not blown out, and for several weeks in a row they never showed up or returned my phone calls when I called to inquire as to when they were coming. When they did come they performed the minimum amount of work and there was never a property walk upon completion. They told me they had taken on several new customers with the deal. I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund. I was told that would be fine but I have not heard anything since.

I am not happy with the work performed, as my yard looks awful now.

I paid for the $999 Angie's List offer for 1 yr landscaping package. I had someone come out near the end of October and have had no one contact me or come out since then, I called more than a week ago and was told someone would be in contact. I cancelled my last lawn service provider due to lack of responsiveness and am thinking I might have to do the same here. If they would refund what I paid, I would be appreciative.

Ordered 3 hour leaf removal on 9/3 (submitted dates of 10/19, 10/21, and 10/23 while submitting the order). Added aeration / overseed service on 10/19. Emailed on 11/2 after no communication (other than order confirmations) and got a call on 11/6 saying they'd be out soon - legitimately held up by all the recent rain. Results: Leaves untouched in small back yard. Over seeding on top of leaves in back. Leaves from front yard sitting in piles at the curb. Over seeding properly done in front. 1 person on site for the job. I would not recommend this company. Poor communication and results. I'll have fun bagging the leaves this weekend.

These guys have a busy schedule, so it took them a few weeks before they could come out, but it was worth the wait. The whole thing went very well and the work took about 3 days to complete. I had a couple special requests to try to make the new section of the driveway blend as much as possible with the existing driveway, including putting lines and curves that matched what was there. They were able to accommodate those requests. They cleaned up well when they were done. After the concrete dried, I started using it immediately. It's a very welcome addition to my home. They're a nice, professional crew. I will hire them again in the future.

I used them for core aeration and seeding. It was average. They did the core aeration fine. But, I could barely see any seeds. So, it seemed like they were very light on the seeds. Not only were they light on the seeds, but they didn't come out when they were supposed to. It took another week or two.

The service provider did not show on the arranged date and time and did not call to say he would be late. When I eventually goy hold of the owner to complain he said that some of his workers did not arrive to work so he was behind and could not do the job at the time arranged, but promised to come the next morning. The next morning, he did not show again and did not call to say why he was delayed again. I called again at about 11 am and said that he he did not come by 2 pm I would cancel and wanted a refund of my money which was paid in advance on Angies List. He arrived at about 1 pm and was completed in about 30 minutes. Very quick job and probably not worth the money.

I called a week later and left a message that I would like to hire them and to return my call. I never heard from them and checked Angie's list over the next few weeks and saw that folks were having a similar experience. Unfortunately, some people did pay the whole $999 up front. This company appears to have over committed. I think Angie's List needs to screen these providers better to understand how many actual customer a company is able to take on.

The did not reach out within the stated time frame, we called to schedule a time, someone said they would call us back and no one did. It took a few attempts to get an appointment scheduled. We had to reschedule because they did not inform us that the grass needed to be cut before they can perform their services therefore we had to reschedule, they stated that they would show up at 10 am the following day...and they did not and no one called....Very poor service.

It went great There was a problem getting them here related to the weather but they did a great job and were very professional.

Had to go out of town for a funeral when I got back my mower wouldn't start. Found this deal on Angie's list and decided to give these guys a try rather than investing in a new mower at the end of the season. They came out the next day and did a great job, And they have done a great job since.

We purchased the deal and selected 3 dates. They didn't show up on any of the dates. I contacted them and they said due to the rain they're running behind. That's understandable. Waited until the next week didn't hear anything and sent him an e-mail that we were going to request a refund if they couldn't get to our home that week. They showed up on Monday. Knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a double aerate or single..what the heck does that mean? I said please do the amt agreed to in the contract - (single apparently). We have a very small yard and a part of it is behind our fence. I was going to go out and let the guys know the yard extends beyond the fence, but then I saw them out there and I figured they were going to service that section too. Wrong. Apparently they called the owner and he told them to either ask me or use their judgment. So, of course, they opted to not check with me and not do it. They did aerate but they definitely did not OVERseed. As a matter of fact they barely seeded at all. I checked the yard and could barely find any grass seed even on the bare spots. I contacted the owner and he said I would have to set another day/time aside to meet with him so he could assess my claim that there was barely any seed in our yard. At that point I told him never mind...we'll buy more seed and put it down ourselves. I definitely will not be using this company again and I do not recommend.

Provider never showed up. Never sent a message or called with reschedule date or to provide status on providing services.

Provider failed to show up two days in a row. I cancelled the request for service with an email and requested a refund in that email. Got no response from the provider, so called Angie's List directly and they are on it.

First of all, this company gave a great price for the basic service and really understands how important it is to customers to get a good response if they have a question or possibly want to add to the contracted work. Second, I needed some additional work done like fertilizing and they gave me a terrific price for everything. I was able to watch them work on the front lawn and they took care not to harm the edge of my driveway but they also took great care to make sure that my entire lawn got its double aeration; they did not rush through the job. It was the same with the fertilizer, they did a terrific job. I would recommend them for anything that you need done for your lawn or landscape and plan to use them exclusively into the future for our lawn work.

So far so good. Only had two lawn cuttings per the maintenance package to date, but so far they did a great job and have exceeded my expectations. I will report back in a couple months to evaluate overall level of service. I'm pretty meticulous with the yard and these guys did a better job than I did for sure. If they follow through per the contract, I'd highly recommend them.

He was very professional and polite. Knowledgeable of landscaping and plants. Has a "good eye" for what would look good and made recommendations. I had an idea of what I wanted done at the deck, but he explained different ideas and it was actually a lot better than I had thought about. He didn't just lay the rocks on the ground, he "Planted" them. He said in nature, rocks are planted. And he was right, they do look really good. He cleaned up well after he was done. I've gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors and friends. We enjoy sitting on the deck now with finished landscaping instead of just plain ground. Made such a big difference.
