3D LANDSCAPES INC

Recently, 3D Landscapes did the landscaping for a new build across the street from us. During the time they worked at the house, they parked on our lawn, used our driveway (they did ask a few times), and dropped pallets on sod on our grass for several days before it was installed. The house they were working on had a driveway, but they did not use that. Needless to say, the grass we had was ruined. Before they finished the project, they told my husband they knew damage had been done to our lawn and they would re-seed and straw the area for us. They did put straw down, but no seed. When my husband pointed this out, they said they would be back to re-seed. This never happened and my husband had to re-seed the area. He put rebarb in and put up a roap so no wone woudl drive or walk on the area. Now their trucks are parked on the street next to our grass, instead of in their customer's driveway. The rope is broken (though I did not see them do this), and their workers walked across the area that has been re-seeded to eat their lunch under the trees on our property. Again, their customer has a treed area on their property that is mulched, and it seems to me an excellen area for the workers to eat lunch. This is a very unprofessional company that has no respect for the neighboring properties.

I used this provider one time in October last year for leaf and weed removal at our lake house. At that time the work was done on time and for a fair price (about $100). In December I called their office and left a message requesting a quote to remove leaves from the roof and deck only. After not getting a reply as of February 4th, I decided to either hire someone else or do the work myself. Deciding on the later, we loaded some equipment up and made the 4 hour trip to the lake. When we arrived, we noticed that there were not many leaves to be cleared off. A few days later we received a bill for $270.00 from 3D Landscaping. I called Michael (one of the owners). He admitted that he did not listen to my original message very well and agreed to split the cost in half, as he did need to pay his workers. In summary, I spent approx. $300.00 including the expense of my trip to get some leaves and sticks removed from my roof and deck and wasted a day driving to the area.

The workers at 3D Landscapes are very professional and punctual. They have good pricing. They make helpful suggestion on my lawn and I appreciate that. I will use them again.

It was a great experience. They were very professional, did what they promised to do and communicated throughout the process very well.
