+ 0 moreJames Owens was a very fast talker, but my wife thought he would be ok for the job. He was Johnny-on-the-spot while the pool was being built, and prior to receiving full payment of pool install. When complete and paid in full, we discovered he made a huge mistake in trimming the liner. It was very difficult to get him on the phone, as I had to resort to calling from other people's phones to get him on the line. After four months, his error has cost me over $7,000.00, and he has yet to make any effort to assist me. He has several judgments against him, which I discovered through my attorney. This guy will talk a great game, but his work and customer service are not near the standards he boldly states. Just do a little research, and you will not make the same mistake I made. Finally, if you choose this company to install your pool, do not allow them to complete any electrical work or concrete work. Good luck!!! Signed Stephen Jacobs
