We had professional help at all stages, from picking out shingles and signing a contract to the excellent clean-up of our yard. Everyone was helpful and skilled.

I live in Maryland and the house is in NC. I looked on Angies List and found Pattan construction. Mr Pattan responded right away and went out to the house to check the roof put a couple patches and put a tarp to cover the roof to keep from any more damage. He assessed the damage and gave me a price and also suggested we call our insurance company because he said there was a lot of hail damage to the roof. We had no idea as it is our rental property and we hadn't been down there since all the storms they had in NC this past spring and summer. We called the insurance company and they agreed with Mr Pattan and so thankful they are paying all but the deductible. Mr Pattan replaced the roof and also fixed the interior ceiling where it fell to the floor due to a leak. The renters are pleased with the work that was done. I have not yet seen the work in person, but have pictures sent by the renters and it looks good. It took several weeks to get the final ok to begin the work because we were dealing with the insurance company but Mr Pattan began work immediately when given the go and completed the work in a timely manner of a few days. I will be hiring Mr Pattan in the spring/summer again to put a new roof on our shed as well. He was a pleasure to work with and responded immediately each time we spoke. A+ in my book

Pattan Construction was hired to remodel my kitchen and bath. Both jobs were completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Kevin Pattan was always on the job site to answer any questions I might have or to direct his crew. I was extremely happy with the finish product - of both areas. I wouldn't hesitate to call Kevin back with any work I might need/want in the future.

I would not recommend them at all. The job didn't go well. It took them extreme amount of time to do anything. They pointed us towards contractors and they were supposed to be general contractors and co-ordinate everything and we never met any of the other sub contractors. We were basically doing all the foot work that they were supposed to be doing. There was no follow up and we were trying to place the cabinet order for two months. There was no follow up on their part as far as trying to get that sub cabinet contract to facilitate the work. They took forever to install the hardwood. They never really wanted to take our job. It was not very prompt customer service. They didn't do really any work for me. When they started doing the demo work they never covered any area that they were working in and all the dust went around my house. He was responsive when I needed something from him but anybody other than him he would not assist or facilitate.
