Everything from the initial phone call to the completion of the work could not have gone better! The vent was the flexible tubing that went across the unfinished attic. It was replaced with rigid venting which is far superior.

Replaced fan, didn't do a good job re taping duct work so gasoline fumes entered house from garage where furnace is. Weren't supposed to charge for the extra trip, but did. Also overcharged for the service, as we had the exact same service done at our other home a week later and the cost was about half of what Jimmy Johnson's charged.

See above. Both service men were very knowledgeable & very friendly. Answered all my questions completely. The secretary was very nice & asked the service man to come to our house as soon as possible and they were earlier than the time we were given both times. Would most definitely recommend this company!!

We had an unusual cold snap and we have an high efficient furnace/ heat system. It puts out moisture when it's running as kind of an exhaust deal and those pipes froze. The water draining to the outside froze solid and the system will not run if the pipe freezes. It is a safety kind of thing when it senses that. He diagnosed it and would have fixed it for us but he clearly told us what it was. So I said let's save some money and do it ourselves. It took him a while to find it and he got up in the attic too. They are efficient in what they do. They didn't waste time while they was here. Friendly and good folks to talk to. Explained what he was doing while he was doing it instead of keeping everything mysteriously shrouded. I would give them an A+ for overall and responsiveness if it was in here.

I compared several heat pump brands and contractors and chose Jimmy Johnson H&Abecause of the Maytag features & rebate, overall value for the money and Jimmy's service guarantee during the sales presentation. The installation was performed quickly and professionally. One of the workers accidentally slipped and put his foot through the upstairs ceiling while installing the attic unit but Jimmy immediately brought in another contractor to repair the damage. We had a minor leak in the basement with the condensation pump and it was fixed the same day I reported it. The units have been in 10 months and we have had no issues. They run quietly and efficiently and maintain very consist temperatures on both levels of our house.

The installation went very well. Jimmie or Robin would keep us up to date as to when exactly they would be there and how long it would take to install. My son and his family have been very happy with the AC last summer and the heat this winter. I would definitely recommend Jimmie Johnson Air and Heat.

My Old Heat pump Craped out. Jimmie was very Prompt. He was out the same day that I called him. He was upfront with me letting me know My options My heat pump had been in my current residence since the 80's He said he would be glad to charge my unit, but the best course of action was to replace my current unit. Jimmy gave me a Wide variety of choices. I checked several other of his competitors. He was very competitive in his pricing. but most of all he seemed willing to help me find the best unit for my house. The warranty on the unit I chose was better than some of the bigger name brands, and his personal guarantee in writing on the bill gave me the security I needed to purchase from him.
