I called Strickland Associates which is where The Plumber operates from and they gave me Buddy Strickland's (owner) personal cell phone number. I called him and told him that I've been trying to find someone to run a gas line to my stove for a year now and couldn't find anyone to come out. He said that he had a few big jobs going on but he would send someone over as soon as possible. One of his employees was at my house within a couple of days to examine what needed to be done. I had to turn him away the first time because the crawl space is located in my basement and I hadn't had time to move some things so they could access it. The employee came back a couple days later with Mr. Strickland and they took a look at what they needed to do. He said they could install it for me and would like to do it the following morning. This was perfect for me because I wasn't expecting it to be hooked up that fast, especially will all the trouble I had already had with finding someone to do it. I also told him that we'd been having an issue with the drain being clogged to our kitchen sink and he said he would fix that as well. Him and his crew showed up around 8:30am the next morning and was done by at least 10:00am. Not only did they install the gas line I needed but he hooked the entire thing up and had it running before he left so I could operate it without a problem that night. He unclogged my drain that had been backed up for a while but had only gotten worse. With all the work he had done for me, even taking the extra time to fully install everything, it only cost me $310.00. I was expecting the price to be way higher than it was. When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been there because they cleaned up the mess that had been made. It was definitely a wonderful experience and I'm very thankful.
