Called in to have refrigerant added, went through the details,answered it was a mobile home, services were declined. Affordable Heating and Air does not do work on mobile homes. 😑

On one of the coldest days of the year, Jan 1 a holiday . They responded to may call immediately and though they didn't have the part to repair were back the next day and repaired the heater. For the distance they traveled (40 miles) and the circumstances the price was very acceptable.

They respond immediately to any service calls. I am completely satisfied with their sales and service and will recommend them as the first one to call for heating and air needs.
Description of Work: Affordable installed a new dual cell unit. They also installed a unit in 1990. I have always received prompt attention anytime I have had to call for any type of service.

Had birthday party on a Saturday and the air went out. I called everyone and 'Affordable Air' came out. He went to the unit and sounded like he was tearing something apart then came back and told me I needed a brand new unit. That it may be under warrenty but he couldnt fix it and it was 125 for just coming out. Then I called Comfort Zone Monday and he fixed it for 100 dollars, and I didnt need a new unit.
Description of Work: No service.Only tore my stuff up.
