Description of Work: our bathtub was green and they reglazed with white, looks beautiful. overall a great job! there was one scratch but we didn't notice it until a few days after job was completed. no one will ever notice it so we did not mention. love the job!

 + 6 moreThe carpenter began in August 2010 with tearing out the old floors (down to joists) then replacing them. His estimate included materials, labor, and approximate time frame. I ended up spending less on materials than he predicted, his labor fees matched his estimate but the time frame he estimated was not accurate. It took 4 days longer than he predicted for him to complete the project. He brought a small crew with him to do the floors, one other person with him to do the countertop, and did the remainder of the project on his own. I found him to be polite, honest, and very quiet. He appeared to be "on a mission" when he was here and worked non-stop. I do feel I got my money's worth and was very surprised that his labor fees didn't go up with him working the additional days. While this gentleman is very talented and produced quality work, if I need additional carpentry work performed, I will add a day or two in my mind to whatever estimate he provides me with.
Description of Work: Floor replaced throughout 3 bedroom/2bath trailer (only piece in master bedroom); Both tub/showers were encased and new fixtures were intalled in one tub/shower; one living room wall was cut out to extend the room then a separate wall was built making the 3rd bedroom smaller; one wall in the kitchen was moved to extend the laundry room and build a counter to use to fold clothes; a pantry was constructed from scratch; all kitchen cabinets were resurfaced; a new kitchen counter was installed extending the old one so the carpenter had to also build additional lower cabinets to support the counter top that I wanted; new vinyl flooring was laid in the kitchen, laundry room, and both bathrooms; bookshelves and computer desk were built into the livingroom extension to make an office in the alcove.
