Nicholas Leger was a true professional. Once he determined the problem with my air conditioner attic air handler he took time to ensure repairs were made properly and flushed the draining system from the unit to the outside drainage pipe. Explained what the issue was, what he was going to do and what he did after repairs were completed. Sent an email and text notification soon after he was contacted and also a text prior of arriving at my house. I highly recommend this company

Nick at Small Town Heating and Air was very professional, on time, responsive. I had gone out of town and came back home, walked in the house and it was 90 degrees. I am a hot natured person so this had to be fixed. I immediately got on the internet and Small Town came up and Nick answered and I told him my A/C was not working and he came right out to my house to fix it for me and I appreciated that very much. He replaced a part and within 3 hours my house was cool again. I would recommend Small Town to anyone because Nick explains things to you as well.

Called Nick from seeing his Heating/Air truck on the road. He was able to immediately turn around and service our AC unit that had stopped working this past week. He was professionall, honest, diagnosed and fixed our unit. Would highly recommend and will only be using him from now on.
