Moss Plumbing

I was referred to Eddy of Moss Plumbing by Jimmy Maready, of Maready Plumbing. Jimmy was already booked and said he often gave jobs to Eddy when he couldn't get to everyone, and assured me Eddy would be able to handle a blocked kitchen sink. I called Moss Plumbing and it went straight to voicemail. So I left my name, number, stated that Jimmy had referred him, and information regarding my blocked kitchen sink. Eddy, from Moss Plumbing, returned my call and said he could come at 8:00am the following morning, (today). So I'm waiting and it's now around 9:00am. I call and left a message for him to make sure he was coming. Another hour passed, now a little after 10:00am and still no word, so I call, left another message to please let me know what's up. Well, its now after 6:00pm and I haven't heard or seen any sign of Eddy, nor has he bothered to call me to say he couldn't make it, or that an emergency had come up, or anything. So if you want this type of plumber doing your work, well, you're welcome to him. I'm from the old school...when you tell someone your going to be somewhere at a certain time, you do exactly that. AND, if for some reason you can't make it, you at least have the common courtesy to call and let the client know why your running late, or that an emergency came up and you'll have to reschedule. To be a NO SHOW is simply unprofessional and not the way to run a business.~~

I will definitely use them in the future.
