Justin was hired to take out old vinyl plank, replace all wood and put in new vinyl plank. About 800 sqft. It turned out we also needed floor joist. A lot bigger job than previously expected.. Justin and his helper did an awesome job. Finished it in a timely manner and it looks great. Thank you Justin. I would definitely recommend.

Initially I though they did a really good job but a month later two boards started lifting up and the trim started falling off. I tried to call them back but no one is answering.

Quality installation and the guys were great. So glad we went with Justin at Lee's Custom Flooring.

All I can say is WOW! These guys did the most amazing job. Clean, fast, and flawless. I could not be happier. I would hire them again without hesitation.

First getting Lee to set a date and actually come took way too long over a month maybe more than two. Second, when they finally came they left the quarter round unfinished and didn't put the transitions down the one they did do was only glued down at the two ends making it a tripping hazard and when it was stepped on, it made a loud snapping sound. Lastly, Lee said he'd be back to do the transitions and he never came back and did not respond to me when I reached out. Other than all that the flooring he picked out is a close match to the original. The install didn't take long for three bedrooms with three men. The men were friendly but one of them left their trash in my hallway.

Sent me to a reputable floor supplier, picked out my order and was informed when it would come in. Set appointment for install, he showed up and did a good job.
