Six months prior to having the work done he had given me an estimate and when I had got the job done he honored the estimate that he had given me six months ago. He did a very good job.

Initially, the work looked very good and the price was competitive for the size of our roof. However, six months later we have discovered two roof leaks along with poor quality of work where we had two of our four skylights removed and covered. These areas are now sagging causing rainwater to pool in these areas - the rain water will eventually penetrate the shingles and felt and rot the roof. We have attempted to contact the owner on five occasions so he can make the necessary repairs, but he has not returned our calls. My wife did contact him on one occasion and he promised to come out the next day, but he never showed. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm sure we'll have to find another roofer to fix his poor workmanship. We'll never call him again, nor recommend him. Update: 6/25/2012 - Found another leak where the company had returned for subsequent repairs listed above. Once the ceiling had been removed, we found the location of the leak. The roofers had replaced two sections of plywood where the skylights were removed. However, they FAILED to replace the wood right next to the skylight sections that had rotted. They simply rolled the felt over the holes and shingled over the felt. Now I've got to replace the entire roof section that should have been completed correctly the first time. I can't understand how Mr. Hancock and his crew can conduct business this way. I wish I could post pictures for everyone to see their low-rate work. DO NOT hire this company!
