After torrential rains on Wednesday night, 4/27/2011, Jimmy's Landscaping crew arrived at my home on Thursday morning, 4/28/2011 and began to mow my recently aerated/seeded lawn. I immediately contacted Jimmy and indicated that I did NOT think WET grass should be mowed. When he arrived, his crew had mutilated my lawn, with numerous low and bare spots from the high-speed mowers and blatant lack of care. Jimmy responded that he "could NOT mow all of his customers' grass on Friday, so someone's grass had to be mowed on Thursday". I assisted Jimmy with his over abundance of customers and terminated his services immediately. My lawn looked a MESS and I hope that it will recover from the scalping that it received. How dare a professional conduct business in this manner; his crew had been mowing my lawn weekly for about a year.
