Hogan'S Well Repair

Our well stopped supplying water very suddenly. Hogan's had us back up-and-running promptly (on a short-term basis), and within a couple of days did all of the work to make our well right. We have a new pump, new electrical wiring, and a liner - water is flowing!

Reliable and knowledgeable. Repaired the well quickly. I would use them again.

Well pump was short-cycling. I thought that it was a bad pressure tank, but Hogan's came promptly on a Saturday (no upcharge for Saturdays), and determined that there was a leak in the pipe pulling water from the well. They also determined that my pressure tank was fine. They replaced the leaking pipe and because the pump was 16 years old, I had them replace that as well. Price to replace pipe and pump was $1,200. Evidently that is the norm for this type of service.

They called ahead and arrived on time. Very professional and did not leave until all work was done completely. Rarely do I see this level of exceptional service.

We called Hogan's Well Repair this morning because we were having problems with our water. Lynn Hogan said he was on a job and had another one to go to and he would call us back later .He called me around 3:20 PM and asked if we still needed someone to look at problem and I told him yes. He said he would be here in 20 to 30 minutes and he was right on time. He assessed the problem and said he could fix it in about 30 minutes which was music to my ears. It was fixed in about 30 minutes as he said. He was very professional and did a great job. We checked the water before he left and everything was working just fine. I appreciate him getting this done on such a short notice. I called another company and they said they would try and get here today but they were really busy. They said they would call back but never did.

This was my second time using this provider and I was just as pleased as the first time. Arrived when promised, was very courteous and professional. Stayed and made sure the job was truly complete. I will definitely continue to use them for all my well related needs.

We came home on a Friday evening after being out of town for three days to find we had no water. Panicking, I turned to Angie's list to find someone that would be able to come after hours. I found Hogan's well repair and called them. A person answered the phone (unlike the first 2 I called) and promised someone would be out by noon on Saturday. Jake called at 10:30 saying he was on his way. He and his helper were in and out in under an hour and our water was flowing again. They were prompt, professional and charged a fair price. I will definitely turn to them if I ever have well problems again!

My husband and I were literally and quot;over a barrelland quot; due to reckless plumbing which had disabled my well. We had been on well water until the 90's, when we were required to hook up to city water. We always maintained a combination water system: city water for inside the house and well water from our outdoor faucettes. We were advised by a plumbing company that our house needed to be totally replumbed, so we agreed to the service. In the course of, what took about 2 mos to remedy, we had no well water to fill our live fish pond. When the city added chloramine to the city water, we were in quite a dilemma because the new additive would be toxic to the fish and amphibians in our pond. We had to get a well specialist to rectify the potentially disastrous situation. After two well companies were unable to even FIND our underground well, we serendipitously found Mr. Hogan's company in the yellow pages. He not only found our old underground well, he was skillfully able to make it fully functional in 2 days time. It's hard to find even mediocre businesses anymore, and my trust level is at an all-time low. It's time that truly exceptional journeymen, skilled craftsmen get their due. Mr. Hogan is someone we counted on, and he amazed us! DON'T HIRE A PLUMBER TO DO A WELL PROFESSIONAL'S JOB!!!
