+ -1 moreMy mother was notified in March of 2008 that this company had been sold and told she would be contacted within weeks. After months of no follow-up and many unanswered voice messages left to the listed number, I was finally able to contact the person who is to be taking on the contracts. After 40+ years of coverage, the records kept for my mother are incomplete and not up to date, according to the new service provider, Best Exterminating. This obviously concerns me. I am also not sure about the potential future coverage by Best. This transition process has been very poorly handled.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS.

+ -1 moreThere have never been any problems and we are always pleased with the service. Whenever we call them with a problem, they make sure to come right out. They are dependable, honest, they answer all of our questions. They do a good job.
Description of Work: Initially, we had them spray the foundation with a termite treatment. They have since come out to do a yearly inspection. We have a yearly contract with them and they come and check for any signs of termites and then spray accordingly. We have a 2000 square foot home.

+ -1 moreNo problems at all with them. I have used General for the last six or seven years. They arrive on time and get the job done. I also appreciate that they call ahead.
Description of Work: They come out every 3 months to our home and spray for spiders.
