Description of Work: Two gentlemen arrived on time and began to uncover the septic tanks. I had dug the soil off the top of the covers and they opened them up to get access to the tank. It was quickly determine that the previous owner did not have these tanks pump prior to us purchasing the home. This required more time and work pumping and extra cost but I can't complain since this was worse than I had expected. Overall, these guys did a great job.

Description of Work: Getting septic tank serviced after two years. It was a problem with my appointment. The technician arrived late. Before his arrival I called to see was he keeping the appointment . He did not remember the appointment . Also spoke to customer service person at the office and she cleared things up.
