+ -1 moreWe have a yearly contract with them for twice a year maintenance. They are consistent in their good quality work. All the previous questions are answered with an “A” rating, that is why I rated them an “A” overall. Cleaned up very well. The workers were pleasant and professional.
Description of Work: We used Superior Mechanical. They did heating maintenance on our HVAC system.

Description of Work: checked and recharged home AC system. It hasn't been run for a couple of years, and was completely out of Freon. The service technician also replaced a capacitor on a motor. It seems expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to, so assume that it is a competitive price. None of the Angie's List super saver AC service deals were available in my area.

+ -1 moreNo plumbing required, just hooking up 2 hoses and setting the controls on the heater. Since he had never installed a circulator before it took him longer than it would have if he had been experienced in that area. He had to take time to read the instructions and to go after hoses that he did not have with him. That made the time that I was charged for greater than it should have been. He was very nice and professional but charged too much.
