Description of Work: This provider has been sanding my hardwood in my house. He also is laying a hallway floor for me.

+ -1 moreThe work was done in 2 phases so that I would not have to move furnishing out of the house. I expected a lot of dust but apparently the dust containment system used in process eliminated most of this. The owner began and ended the job as promised. There were a couple of areas that were too dark from moisture that I had replaced, and the replacement merged well with the existing hardwood, which is from 1955. I was able to view the flooring after the sanding to see how certain areas came out, and was able to see how the floors would look with stain before deciding on what color. There was one area that previously had deep scratches that I thought may need replacement, but it disappeared after the sanding. The end result exceeded my expectations, and the price was much less than another company that provided an estimate that was recommended from Angie's List. This was one of 3 companies I received a quote from.

+ -1 moreCoble's did a ok job. The work however was a little sloppy as bubbles ended up popping up through the finishing and they had to come back out again to fix that. I think he just tried to work too fast on it. It is fixed now and I am satisfied.
Description of Work: Coble's Hardwood repaired an 11 by 3 foot section of my hardwood floor that was water damaged. My house is still under warranty so I did not have to pay to have it repaired.
