After much research and thought on our part, we hired Brian Beane with Bella Lan Renovations to remodel our master bath. We knew we wanted to also do the other 2 baths and the kitchen. We were very cautious and decided to start with the master bath with the “see how this goes attitude”. It’s hard to find the words to describe the craftsmanship, professionalism, expertise, integrity and competitive pricing of this contractor. We are extremely pleased beyond our expectations, and we had very high expectations going in! We therefore ended up having Brian do a whole house remodel. Brian was most helpful with ideas to improve the house. He designed a complete rearrangement of the master bath which now seems larger and is completely handicap-accessible. While we don’t need that now, and hopefully never will, it is something that would allow us to stay in our home as we age. The quality of his work is excellent, but to my astonishment this contractor had pretty darn good design skills and a knowledge of the current trends in kitchens and baths. I was impressed as I had been looking at these trends for months and have 14 magazine subscriptions to prove it! In addition, Brian tackled numerous projects around the house and did so with the same high standard he holds for all of his workers. My husband and I gave Bella Lan Renovations the highest recommendation we could. Hiring Bella Lan will be the best remodel decision you could make. It was for us! Brian and his guys are very professional, very understanding to what I wanted done to our home. Brian wanted me to be completely happy and satisfied with what they were doing. He went out his way to make sure that I got the things in the house that I asked for. He didn’t want me to 75% happy, he wanted me to be 💯 % happy. All of them are down to earth guys and they work hard. Brian’s done work for us before and that’s why I ask him about taking this renovation. I was very impressed with the first job I asked Brian to do. Brian got in there with his guys and worked with them. Every time I came by to look at the house Brian was working right along with the rest of the guys. Brian would send me pictures of things they had done. Keeping me up to date when I couldn’t go by to see the house. The job started in mid November of 2018 and ended april01,2019. When I need something else done I will certainly call him again. If I can’t get Brian and his crew when I need something else done I’ll just wait until he can do it. I brag about Brian and his guys all the time. Thank you Brian and your guys for a beautiful home!! I’ll call on y’all again I’m sure!! Going to miss seeing all of you!!!

Brian (owner) of Bella Lan Renovations was selected to tear down and rebuild our deck, his attention to detail and patience selecting materials and colors was highly professional. We opted for his Wolfe decking product line, the deck is far beyond what I expected, little details are what stand out compared to other contractors.
