They are nice people. They are very clean and prompt. They do everything in a good manner and I like them so I keep them. Price wise I am not familiar with what other people pay. They come when they say so they are punctual. I had a knee replacement so that is why I had got some help. I will continue to use them until I get to the point where I can do it for myself.

Arrived on time, worked diligently until jobh was done. Perfect!! Have hired for additiona housecleaning! Really appreciate these folks. House is sparkling!

They arrived early, but I was notified by the Anthony (the owner) they were coming. The girls were professional and friendly. They worked hard to complete the job in time. (I paid hourly for my cleaning.) My baby was sleeping upstairs and they inquired a few times if something they were going to do would bother him. The house looks great and I had no idea my kitchen could be so clean! The girls all spoke English so there were no language barriers. Anthony is very professional. He returned all of my emails and calls immediately. I had to cancel my first appointment on short notice. He went out of his way to make another appointment work for me, even though I was the one who canceled. I felt like I was important to him and more than just a client. I have used two other cleaning companies in the past. The price was comparable to both. The one company I had no way of communicating with the cleaners, and the second company was just a bit 'slow' in their cleaning process. You've Got Maids fixed both of those problems for me. It is also a bonus to be able to contact the owner and get a response immediately. I will use them again, and I will recommend them to friends.

It went better than I was used to using non- licensed companies. I had peace of mind also knowing they were insured, criminal backround checked etc. I have a toddler in the house and it was worth the peace of mind.I also liked the idea they spoke English so there was no communication barrier!
