Very professional and polite

Arrived 1-2 hours past appointment time. Charged $50 just to drive to my house. Over the phone, I was given a price range of $150-$300 for adding freon to my heat pump. I was charged $460.

This guy is an AC MASTER. THE LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING HE HAS TO AN ELECTRICAL LEVEL IS MIND BLOWING. 100% RECOMMENDED. I called him for a second opinion after a scary first diagnosis from a different company (they were suggesting replacing the whole system for 6-7 grand). Luckily, Year Round was there came after them to prove them wrong with a 300$ fix the same day I called!!!

If I could have rated the customer service, value and work quality a 10 out of 5, I wouldâ ve! We will DEFINITELY contact this company for any needed further A/C work! Josè was very professional, up front and honest, and he took the time to explain what wasnâ t working and why. He also went over the corrective measures he was taking to fix it. Would highly recommend!

You are not a professional contractor or a technician, your ethics are way substandard, asking irrelevant questions. Hopefully nobody hires them again.

Our air conditioner stopped working during the night. They were able to come the next morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Jose was very professional and communicated the problem and solutions. He found several other things that a larger company, that just did and inspection, did not see. These other issues that were found will hopefully prevent service/repair in the near future. Jose went above and beyond just doing the necessary repair.
