Nice selection of wood furniture not typical of "big" stores. However buyer beware any item ordered. Order placed May 2015 and 17 weeks later, still no product. The sales associate informed me I would need to wait until the owner is present to find out how much longer it would be. He refused to leave a message for the owner but rather insisted I call back when the owner is present. Horrible service! 17 weeks is unacceptable for an order that we were told would be 6 weeks and made worse as the staff has no interest in you once they have received money for goods not delivered.
Description of Work: False timelines provided for furniture order. Poor customer service.

This order was for 2 oak file cabinets that are custom built. Our sales ticket clearly states that the projected turnaround on this product is approximately 8 to 10 weeks. Also, the sales ticket indicates that all shipment times are approximate. In this particular instance, the product was coming from a vendor that requires us to ship product in full tractor trailer loads. This enables us to provide significantly lower prices than any other retailer in the market on this or a comparable product. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the order and the flow of product, we were unable to accumulate enough products to make the shipment in a timely manner. In the past, we could run two or three weeks later than projected. In this instance the timing did not allow a quick shipment and we gladly offered to refund the customer's money. We try to accurately predict delivery of product to our store but, in this instance, the delay was, admit-idly, longer than what we had projected to the customer. As compensation, we would be happy to give the customer a financial incentive to try us again and we will provide a date of delivery that would be carefully calculated based on the order flow at the time of order.
