Description of Work: After months of chasing these guys down I gave up. After repeat emails my neighbor called and they came out and did an estimate for her. I had attempted several times to give them my money and the final straw was this morning when I tried to call and was hung up on. Their price was on par with competition, however, it was just too hard to try and get work scheduled.

+ -1 moreMy overall experience was great! The guy who came out fixed my outlet really quickly and had explaIned what the costs could be before he came out to my house. That way I knew what to expect and I appreciated that a lot.
Description of Work: Wiretech fixed an electrical outlet in the master bedroom. The breaker kept flipping off and I had no idea why. It was one of my outlets that was faulty.

Description of Work: We learned about Wiretech from Schwartz Plumbing. Wiretech is the company they use to do their electrical.We were very happy with the work they did to wire our tankless heater and recirculating pump that we asked them to some more work for us. Pat was the lead person. He communicated well and his work is very professional. He was very easy to work with.Nothing was a problem. He even removed a dead snake that was in our electrical panel.We moved our laundry room and wired the room for the washer and.dryerWe added some recess lighting in our kitchen. Which was not easy. It is a vaulted ceiling with some odd angles.They also brough brought a line out to 2 level deck.

+ -1 moreI have used the group before. You have to be quick on the phone when you call. The call is initially answered by machine and asks if you want to talk to somebody (duh). Then you need to press a button quickly or the machine thanks you and hangs-up. Upon redialing and being on your toes, you will get through and everything is smooth. Maybe it is the economy, but the two showed up very quickly and were professional. After doing the two repairs, they also tested to see if I was overloading the circuit (nice preventative touch).
Description of Work: Diagnosed and fixed the cause of a circuit no longer working. The circuit breaker tripped at night and when reset, the circuit did not work. The next morning they were able to come, quote an upfront a fixed fee, and found the problem. While here, they also re-routed and installed new switches in a 3 switch bank.
