Contacted Bill who was very friendly and helpful. Came out next day for an estimate. He did not write up and estimate but, I wanted to get it done and he was highly listed on Angie's list so, I didn't push it. The work was supposed to be done in a few days but, it wasn't. I had to call to remind him of the job he apologized, promised he would come in the next two days- He did not come and I had to call him again- He had a medical emergency and did not have someone call me to let me know. I offered to go with another company to relieve him of his obligation- but he said he would come out. Essentially it took nearly 3 weeks for a 15 minute job to be done- when I was told it would be initially done is a few days (2-3 days). The estimate was not as detailed as I would like- as it only had the final amount due (no parts/ labor/ etc) To his credit- he did give me a 14% discount instead of the Angie's list 10% due to the trouble

Very well, I called on a Friday morning after we had been up a good bit of the night, disturbed by the alarms. He was not able to accommodate us Friday, but agreed to come on Saturday morning. He did come later than originally agreed to, but called to let us know he was delayed. Once here, he was very professional, personable, and had the job done quickly. No more wee hour awakenings by the old alarms.

I found Bill to be professional and dependable. I could always count on him to be here when he said he would be and to do what he said he would do. When I asked for extra outlets or upgraded fixtures, he was quick to accommodate.
