I receved several estimates. this was niot th echeapest however this was the best prodcut for the best price. The salesman wasnt pushy or take hours of my time as others had - totally appreciate that a BIG plus. I am thrilled with the product; the quality of install; the wonderful installer and the communication. Can not think of a single thing that could have been better. I would highly recommend this company their product and workmanship. I have already referred several neighbors who have had the same experience, so I believe this is the way they handle each and every customer. I am pretty sure this product and service etc well exceed the competitor which was twice the cost - and again this wasn't the cheapest. Totally is adding additional year-round living space to my home - my sanctuary now! Thanks so much Window Depot!

They were very accommodating and friendly and also helpful. On the first visit, they help me to choose the best windows for my sunroom. They left and assured me they would give me an estimate. Well within an hour I was given a quote. After the quote, I responded quickly. There were many reasons I chose them the first being my windows are covered for a lifetime. If there were any issues they will take care of it. After the windows came in they had my sunroom done in about 3 days. My sunroom is my place of peace and love. They put nothing but TLC in this room as if they were building it for themselves. They did an excellent job!

I had a great experience with Window Depot! They came in at a fair price the first time - no haggling - and had the windows installed in half the time initially quoted (Covid supply chain issues)! Highly recommend.

Great people from sales to installing, friendly, responsive, and very clear on the windows I chose and costs. Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up before leaving. Dave installed the windows and he showed me the windows before leaving to make sure I was satisfied. If I need more windows replaced in the future, I will definitely be calling them.

WDepot of Raleigh gave us a superior experience both in service and quality of product! Our home is in a historic district and the windows had to meet exacting standards . . . I am thrilled with the entire process of getting new windows. The Salesperson was prompt, respectful, accurate and professional. It took a while for our windows to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Ashley, the Admin Asst, kept in touch with me, was very professional, friendly and kind. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, completely cleaned up after themselves and we cannot be more satisfied. My only regret is not having ALL our windows replaced at the same time. Hopefully, next spring we'll arrange for the remaining windows done.

The process was easy and pleasant. Dave the salesperson is very knowledgeable and easy to reach. Ashley in CS is thorough and helpful. Robert the installer is efficient and experienced. Reasonable prices for quality windows.

The guys were in and out in three hours replacing 11 rectangular windows in three bedrooms and the living room. Fantastic work by friendly workmen.
