From beginning to end, it was a great experience. I contacted a few companies that I found on Angie's list and William was the first one to respond and had his team at my home the next day. They were careful of my home and did a great job on my water heater. I will definitely be contacting them every year. And to top it off, there was even an Angie's list deal!

Found another problem that I was not aware of. Needed a new pump for well and electrical. Very well mannered. Would definitely use this company again and will suggest to others.

I have used PARRISH Plumbing several times in the past. I also refer them to my clients! I am a Realtor and personally use (five kids in my home) and refer them out to clients. They are knowledgeable, on time, quality work and a great price! They come out very quickly for me since I always need them now when my water heater has broken and my tub clogged. He has fixed my toilets and now toilet seat!

It didn’t go at all. He seemed knowledgeable on the phone, gave me a timeframe, then didn’t show up, call or text. When I called him again, perhaps foolishly, he gave a more precise time, then didn’t show up, call or text. Meanwhile I am working full-time and going without a toilet in a rather well occupied townhouse with husband, adult daughter and fiancé there. When I called Ultimate Plumbing, Dan came that very morning and did the work at a very reasonable price. How did Parrish get those positive ratings on Angie’s List? Was the problem the sound of my voice? I live in the Brier Creek area which is not scary. He did not apologize at any point.

William and one of his employees called ahead, and arrived on time. They were very courteous, respectful, and informative. They flushed the water heater, and did a general inspection. They found a small leak in an exterior faucet, and fixed it while they were here. They also said that our water pressure was higher than it should be, indicating that our pressure relief valve will need to be replaced at some point. They recommended checking the water pressure again next year, rather than replacing it now. They did great work. It was a great experience, and I would definitely hire them again.

William Parrish responded quickly to my problem with my tankless water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding this type of equipment. His company has returned for other plumbing problems I have had and done an excellent job fixing.

Mr. Parrish answered my call. We had tried to install the drainplug ourselves but wasn't working out so called a plumber. He worked with my schedule to get his guys on the job for the earliest appointment he had, which was just a couple of days. Guys called ahead before arriving, and arrived very promptly. They introduced themselves, were very courteous, and used the shoe covers inside the house. One seemed to be training the other one; seemed to have a lot of experience and expertise. Immediately showed me what the issue was and took care of it. One just slight downside, I could still smell a tobacco odor after they left; personally not a smoker so more sensitive to that. Otherwise, it was a simple fix and done quickly. Gave me the Angie's List discount, which was nice since I did not think this job qualified for the advertised coupon.

I will absolutely call William Parrish Plumbing the next time we have a need. Mr Parrish was pleasant and efficient on the phone scheduling the job, and the two gentlemen who did the work were excellent. They did a great job, were friendly, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Guys showed up on time, and were courteous and professional. I had mismeasured the toilet size, so they have pointed me to dealers and I will definitely call them again!

William was not only available same day, but was quite professional and personable. At the end of the appointment I thought I would give a low rating re "Price" because of a the final charge. IIt was more than twice as much as I understood it would be. However, as he kindly explained, that was because I did not accurately understand the details of the quote. I suggested to William that perhaps the "script" could be more specific and with some terms defined. He reduced the charge immediately. It was an example of "Good Customer Service". So the rating of 5 is my now very accurate reflection my experience.

The day I called, William came out and determined the needed service. They obtained and dropped off all the hardware that day, and the team arrived early the next day. They finished off the installation very quickly, and corrected some of the previous plumbing to make this kind of service easier the next time. The work was definitely higher in quality then what my previous (now retired) plumbing service had done. I was very pleased by the reasonable charges for the amount of labor involved. The next morning, one of the electrical connection components failed, so they came out right away to replace it at no additional charge. I plan to use this company from now on.

I have depended on Mr. Parrish and his company for many years (~8) and have come to trust and rely on him for my plumbing needs. He is thorough, trustworthy, personable, and professional. He is my go to person for plumbing needs.

They were professional and provided suggestions on service. I have a hot water tank about 6 years old and was never drained. After looking at connections, it was found to be dirty. So it was suggested to not drain the tank. Also, they replaced the expansion tank as it was full of water, The vent hood was adjusted because one of the plastic rings was melted. The exhaust was checked. Overall really good work. They kept me informed at all times for the cost of service and parts.
